To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印象中第一次食太興,地方算大但職員好少,少到收銀處成日都冇人,唔趕時間所以等下都冇乜所謂,反正叫乾炒牛河都好穩陣,張單已經打咗少油,第一啖食牛肉凍嘅,河粉唔熱,毫無鑊氣可言,咖啡正常,盛惠$75。
現在已經加價了.但食物越來越少!
我分別選了梅菜扣肉和蝦皇醬芥蘭炒鮮魷。
食物味道美味就是份量超少
首先梅菜扣肉只有面層8件左右
下面用梅菜和菜芯鋪底扮多
蝦皇醬芥蘭炒鮮魷 個盒只有1/3滿鮮魷又是很少。
現在$76一個小菜同酒樓無分別但份量真的太少。
如果要飲品要另外加錢。
一個餸可以送1配白飯
但今次因為商場的酒樓都爆滿沒位
所以來此店一試,結果出奇地滿意
先說他們的燒味吧
試問去太興又豈能不食
不過我始終認為價錢偏貴了點
味道符合水準, 燒肉是做得最好的
但以其價錢來說, 份量如果再多少少就更好
而且橙色魚子都算多
賣相已經加分
$162的價錢我都預算不會太大煲
但都有超過6,7件羊腩
大大件的骨頭只得1件
其他的全都是肉肉肉
而且沒有濃厚的羶味

入面得一份餐牌,我就叫左個N1 “火腿通粉+香滑炒蛋配多士” 但今次唔想食咁油膩,就轉做煎熟蛋,飲熱柚子蜜.個餐好快就嚟到. 個通粉都幾大碗, 照舊例牌有火腿絲, 接近一塊火腿嘅份量, 仲加幾條菜咁, 可能落得太多雞粉, 所以好夠味 煎熟蛋就啱啱好, 有啲餐廳因為客人要求改做煎熟蛋, 就會煎到一pat屎咁,今次又唔覺,2隻蛋不過不失咁, 最後到個多士, 飛咗邊都好食啲, 加埋係新鮮烘起, 落埋啲牛油簡直一絕. 最後到杯飲品, 唔太甜唔太濃, 沖得啱啱好, 啱曬朝早嚟飲一杯

之後我地又再等多三個字
後面兩個兩個係咁入晒去搭枱
我真的覺得安排入座的技巧可以再培訓

羅宋湯通粉,普普通通,可能係下午茶,所以比較少
三文魚菜粒炒飯
粒粒分明,有咬口
難度有條規則:飲品唔可以高過果條線
仲有個牛展麵但我唔記得影
但因為服務真的唔太好
所以我都唔會再去食啦
本身想食燒味嘅 但係成日都食燒味好似唔係咁健康 所以我地就揀食兩個小菜 豉汁蒸倉魚 同埋上湯海味雜菜煲(輕量級) 兩個餸有肉有菜已經好夠食👍🏻
豉汁蒸倉魚 都幾大條 肉質都唔會好硬 蒸嘅時間控制得幾好 魚肉又唔會痴骨 配埋豆豉真係好好送飯😎
上湯海味雜菜煲 雖然輕量裝嘅份量係少啲 但都好足料 有魷魚 蝦乾 雲耳 粟米仔 冬菇 粉絲 蝦乾仲大大隻添 清清地感覺都幾健康🤤
再加埋太興嘅招牌奶茶 呢餐真係冇得輸☕️
興緻勃勃地到場一試,一看上桌,不是吧!太大火了,將整條營養豐富的鰈魚(比目魚)炸得乾脆,雖說是連骨都食埋,但所含多種獨特的營養素隨著大火而逝,太可惜了
全碟都濕pat pat,份量小得可憐
食了幾啖已不能放入口(又鹹又濕)
