To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒味飯不知所謂叫咗三拼燒味飯(燒肉 燒鴨 油雞)燒肉下半部鹹到要洗腎 好似食咗成啖鹽咁 食到我直頭要lur返出嚟😥 燒鴨得一舊叫有啲肉 另外夾多三塊皮油雞最過份 雞翼位 一隻完整雞翼都冇啊!午市$79一個三拼飯 一舊正經肉都冇 我唔係叫廚餘餐啊我已經食過唔止一次燒味飯係俾垃圾 只係又想食燒味飯有得坐 食到一肚火如果唔係街市賣$22一個飯嘅都好佢十倍 起碼人哋唔會俾得皮同雞翼你唯一好處係有位坐啊 舒服冇人咁嘅質素真係唔應該仲俾佢生存到 快啲空個位俾其他餐廳做好啦!

1800落單，1817熱咖啡到，1822牛河到印象中第一次食太興，地方算大但職員好少，少到收銀處成日都冇人，唔趕時間所以等下都冇乜所謂，反正叫乾炒牛河都好穩陣，張單已經打咗少油，第一啖食牛肉凍嘅，河粉唔熱，毫無鑊氣可言，咖啡正常，盛惠$75。

這間分店差到極點😤服務態度差，食物質素差不特止，而且份量太少，價錢又貴。之前都有耐唔耐幫襯，但係經過今次一定冇回頭。以為堂食份量少之餘原來外賣仲少，簡直令人令人唔相信

今日放工去了太興燒味餐廳買外賣現在已經加價了.但食物越來越少！我分別選了梅菜扣肉和蝦皇醬芥蘭炒鮮魷。食物味道美味就是份量超少首先梅菜扣肉只有面層8件左右下面用梅菜和菜芯鋪底扮多蝦皇醬芥蘭炒鮮魷 個盒只有1／3滿鮮魷又是很少。現在$76一個小菜同酒樓無分別但份量真的太少。如果要飲品要另外加錢。一個餸可以送1配白飯

兩極化 屯門市廣場與蝴蝶邨廣場 同一集團 出品質素 差差差 失望 失望 ！！希望佢哋餐廳質素能夠統一 平時喺屯門市廣場光顧 味道同埋品質有保證 未試過有情況出現 ～蝴蝶太興分店 切記 不能去試 味道唔好食 ！！由其燒味部出品 街市買嘅都好食過佢 我都奇怪 ～太興集團 點會 星期六咁少客 晚市時間七點都冇乜人 食過唔會再返尋味 唔值得再光顧 價錢唔平差唔多都成$100分量極少 ！！疫情嚴重 佢本身做唔好自己嘅質素 好難會有 高嘅營業額 ～最後都係倒閉收場！
