To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過太興，突然間諗起，好耐冇飲冰鎮奶茶，見剛好有位，單身狗一隻快衝入去食飯兼飲杯原本想飲埋豬肺湯，但未到六點半巳經賣晒，咁唯有食個咖喱牛腩飯加冰鎮奶茶牛腩夠腍算入味，咖喱汁偏甜，但撈飯好好冰鎮奶茶維持水準，夠滑唔太甜，正！有樣嘢想講，餐牌似乎多年都冇乜變過，可以搞搞新意思嗎？🧐

$81蚊…太興燒味啊！呢度嘅三寶飯真係出名！佢哋嘅燒鵝、燒肉同埋叉燒都係一級棒！食完之後一定會飽餐一頓，滿足感十足！三寶飯嘅配搭簡直係絕配啊！燒鵝肉質鮮嫩，燒肉外脆內嫩，仲有叉燒帶少少甜味，口感好豐富！如果你係燒味愛好者，一定要嚟太興燒味試下啦！下次我都要約埋朋友一齊去太興燒味食三寶飯！食完之後一定會滿足到爆！如果你鍾意燒鵝、燒肉同埋叉燒，太興燒味絕對係一個值得推薦嘅餐廳！Enjoy your meal啊！

最近同朋友去咗屯門市廣場的太興燒味餐廳食下午茶。呢間餐廳嘅下午茶選擇非常之多，其中包括燒味嘅茶餐。我叫咗坦坦麵配炒蛋多士，朋友則叫咗羅宋湯通粉配雞翼。坦坦麵嘅味道都唔錯，湯底ok，至於羅宋湯通粉，朋友話湯底濃郁夠味，不過就真係好細碗。飲品方面，我哋選擇咗凍檸茶同熱華田，正常無乜特別。總括嚟講，各方面都中規中矩，無特別驚喜。最重要係，呢度位置方便，唔使等位。但要留意，相比下這裡價格較為偏高。埋咗單離開的時候，發現門口有好多人在排隊😀😀😀原來係搞緊特價活動，叉燒半斤35元，至8月21號。

喺屋企執嘢發現仲有兩張$50現金券，就落去食個晚餐啦，一打開餐牌，作為一間茶餐廳嚟講，定價都偏高；叫左個沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲套餐，跟一碗白飯同埋一杯嘢飲，埋單啱啱好$100，味道同份量都係正常嘅，不過要呢個價錢嘅話，感覺上食大家樂仲化算香港嘅一般餐廳，服務質素都唔會有期望，冇比說話你聽都偷笑🤭

今天2.11.202晚上一個黑眼境的男服務員態度十分差，雖然不關我事，但看不過眼，有客人跟池說凍飲未到，但他態度很不客氣說：你等我放下盤上的野好嗎！之後他很不禮貌對他的下屬說，這個客沒有点飲品單。這樣態度不應服務業打工的，不尊重客人又不尊重下屬，應被淘太。
