琴日同幾個同事去試新野, 上 openrice 見到呢間『太極』食評唔錯, 一於試試!! 去到大概 1 點 3 左右啦~咦!? 舖位好大, 50% 入坐率啦...人唔多, 仲有好多位, 唔使等位...正!! 一坐低就急不及待揀野食先 見到都有好多選擇, 1 人餐都有喎~我地一行 7 人, 點算......(叮!!)...有個 6 人餐, 似乎可以選擇既款式都唔錯, 一於就要個 6 人餐啦 前菜:花鵰醉雞 / 雞絲粉皮 湯:太極羹 主菜:干炒四季豆 主菜:鐵板羊肉 主菜:糖醋魚塊 主菜:咸肉津白 主菜:鱔糊 甜品(送):香蕉高力豆沙好緊張耶, 唔知好唔好食呢, 滿心期待中.... 黎啦黎啦, 先上枱既係 2 個前菜 (花鵰醉雞 / 雞絲粉皮)... 花鵰醉雞 << 雞唔夠滑, 花鵰應該可以更濃更香, 不過都唔錯! 雞絲粉皮 << 普通質數, 唔太好亦唔太差, 粉皮質感同口感都唔錯!跟煮上枱既係湯 (太極羹)... 太極羹 << 好靚呀!! 真係唔捨得食, 哈哈... 食落呢, 味道唔錯, 口感一流, 用料好足, 值得推介!!緊隨既係主菜 (干炒四季豆 / 鐵板羊肉)... 干炒四季豆 << 有 D 失望, 雖然味道唔錯, 可惜!! 炒得太濕啦, 一 D 都唔干! 鐵板羊肉 << 好香, 羊有少少騷味, 唔錯! 可惜係, 煮得太老啦, 應該預返上枱時間鐵板仲熱, 所以唔應該響廚房就煮到全熟!之後再黎既有主菜 (糖醋魚塊 / 咸肉津白)... 糖醋魚塊 << 嗯, 太一般, 味道還好, 不過唔推介! 咸肉津白 << 清清地, 幾好唔錯! 不過, 金華火腿唔夠香!最後上枱既係主菜 (鱔糊)... 鱔糊 << 本人致愛呀!! 味道本來都唔錯架, 不過就要扣分, 因為鱔仲有陣"生"味!食到大半既時候, 忽然!!!! 大廚哥哥放左一碟甜品 (香蕉高力豆沙) 響我地枱, 然後仲細細聲同我地講:送比你地試下!好野!! 無啦啦有甜品食!! 試下先...... 香蕉高力豆沙 << 噢!! 6 個字形容, 皮太厚料太少!! 感覺唔似食緊高力豆沙, 而係食緊個包!! 至於料 (香蕉 / 豆沙) 實在係太太太少啦, 完全感覺唔到佢既存在!呢個真係一定要改良改良!!!不過呢度的確係 lunch time 既一個好選擇!!因為係樓上舖, 應該唔太多人知, 所以唔使等位, 而且食物又算 okay, 地方唔太嘈, 傾計一流...最緊要係, 趕時間果時唔驚等死你...哈哈哈~

jan 06, 10,友人建議嚟間食上海lunch,叫咗 : 1) 友人set (hk$42)i) 津白鮮肉水餃-皮中厚,餡都多,都比較偏腍咗少少-ok ii) 4川擔擔麵-麵質唔算腍-而且個湯偏比重花生味,幾香,最後先出到辣微-食唔得辣嘅我,就對胃 iii) 甜品-今日喺杞子桂花糕-2個小立方-桂花味不濃,幸好膠性不重,質感正常又唔會過腍-可以啦 2) 太極精選1人餐 (hk$48) i) 雞茸粟米羮-呢個望落都知喺漿粉水-我同友人飲晒1小碗叫做試過就得喇-味道唔會好豐富因為料都唔會多,咁亦証明佢"師傅"唔會多 ii) 糖醋魚柳-魚柳有點厚度,亦比我想像中juicy,只喺外邊只喺炸成小挺啫-最好喺個醬無泛濫,都叫掛醬,甜酸適中,用嚟送飯最啱-用的喺椰果-合格有餘 iii) 白飯 * 店內環境都幾中式

This Shanghai place has never motivated me to go there, especially on the top floor, after trying Rockschool, I finally made an effort to try this place.I was served by a waitor who used to work at "five stars" down the road, if he had not been there, I probably would have had a negative impression of this place.Firstly it was very chaotic, and everything seemed rushed.He gave us complimentary soft drinks, as well as the tea which is compulsory provided, he made sure we were well served.Ordered two sets, noodles with vegetable dumplings and dessert, and rice with beef and a soup as a starter.The spoon was very cute, it was so tiny compared with the chopsticks and bowl.All the dishes tastes how it should, however the vegetable dumplings tasted better than I expected, I assumed there wouldnt be much flavour, but it was flavoured quite nicely.The beef just tasted like plain beef sliced stir-fried with onions.

不會去第二次。琴日去食lunch, 三個人, 點左一個二人餐, 一個一人餐.落單後20分鐘, 我叫伙記催促野食, 佢check完竟然問返我落左咩餐 -_-我地叫左波羅咕嚕肉, 我見個伙記捧住碟波羅咕嚕肉響店裡面行左幾個圈, 我問佢碟野係咪我地抬架? 佢又check一輪單, 另一個伙記呀姐又話係另一抬, 但係後原來碟野係我地架囉!浪費時間, 同埋碟波羅咕嚕肉都凍左好多啦! 而全程亦無道歉.食物質素亦唔掂, 個賽塝蟹, d 蛋白可以係一舊舊既, 冇誠意冇心機煮就唔好煮啦喂叫三個白飯, 黎得一個, 要我催佢先再比埋果兩個飯.d 筷子"痴立立", 用茶抹完都係咁, 非常唔舒服.見到疑似老闆娘同埋一個肥肥地既男人, 服務態度係好, 有笑容同埋有速度既, 但係其他伙記就好似係第二個世界黎咁, 呆滯, 做野慢, 做錯都唔緊要但係衰冇禮貌唔道歉

試食野~同事就帶左我黎呢間~本身上到去無位~我聽到d姐姐講話有排等(當然佢唔係同我講啦)個時已經想走點知個時靚女姐姐出現叫我地去坐留座個檯~(又話個檯比人BOOK左既)????不過有大檯坐就當然好啦~拿拿聲叫野食~佢有個88蚊既2人餐~我地10個人~叫左4個2人餐 另外叫左3-4個菜好似~佢地有個餐前小食~濆青瓜~幾好食呀!現場好大~不過人手太少~大家都好忙亂我地其實食都無咩問題~都幾好食~衰就衰在一個女侍應到了~由於我地仲有一個北京炒拉面好耐都未到~不停催單又無黎~正打算唔要叫人CUT左既時候個男侍應話~呢個係SET 既食物~唔可以CUT嫁WOR~唔CUT得FINE~我地就再等下跟住就係男一個上菜的拿左個上海粗炒比我地~我地話我地係叫北京炒拉面唔係上海粗炒WOR( 我地已經食左一個另外叫既上海粗炒喇)佢答我地係呀~無曬北京炒拉面啦~只係有上海粗炒~我地為左快D走~唸住出聱叫佢放低既時候個位厲害的女侍應就出現了佢一黎到就問~咩事~我地話我地係叫北京炒拉面唔係上海粗炒之後佢望左望個面~同我地講~呢個係炒拉面啦~係呀!唔信你地試下!WOWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!佢真係當我地係LULU law明明同頭先個個上海粗炒一模一樣~佢居然死都話係炒拉面(旁邊的男侍應都呆左~因為佢明明就話係上海粗炒同埋個樣野根本就係上海粗炒)我地話唔係佢死話係呀!又好兇~最後我地唔想同佢嘈~叫佢放低但真我地又太唔alright叫左個靚女姐姐(應該係老闆)黎問佢呢個係咩黎~老闆娘好有良心~同我地講其實係因為佢地d拉面賣曬~所以要用粗面炒出黎比我地食~well~點解唔可以話比我地知無咪得law~!老闆娘都好醒目咁主動幫我地話cut左樣野去~我地問佢~之前我地都問過不過佢地話唔得wor佢話~得一定cut得~幫你整左佢喇!ok! 你搞得掂出一句聲我地fine嫁!呢個笑話亦都成為我地既飯後話題~唉.......當係得啖笑law!
