有人提議午餐想到太平飯店,既然有人做了決定當然潮跟。在網上看到報導說店主曾經在米芝蓮滷水店「阿鴻小吃」學藝,學習烹調滷水汁,學習如何斬滷水鵝等等,然後再開了一間屬於自然的店。午餐餐牌上有這裡的招牌滷水菜,滷水元蹄、豬大腸、豬頸肉等等,當然也少不了滷水鵝及滷水鵝片。不想吃滷水相關的話,亦有燒味飯、碟頭飯等等,選擇相當之多。滷水鵝飯 到一家餐廳當然要試試拿手菜。滷水鵝份量不少,吃起來不溜不膩,味道鮮香,記得蘸一點蒜泥醋吃。滷水元蹄加豬大腸豬大相當肥美,充滿了油香,質感軟韌,好味!元蹄亦都滷得好入味。咸菜燕黃花魚飯原條黃花魚好靚仔,上桌前淋上特製豉油,有提鮮之用。黃花魚亦不會蒸得太熟,依然好嫩滑。醉香溏心蛋 $32呢個賣相確實有扣分,因為有一隻完全變型。蛋黃係溏心狀,不過入口酒味太重。食物算唔錯,不過樓面姐姐好似有喲混亂,唔覺意令人燥底,所以下次要諗諗先,因為晏晝時間好珍貴呀!

由於太肚餓所以有啲相都冇影到,仲有叫到糖醋麵同蠔仔餅,自己比較鍾意食香脆啲嘅版本,略嫌依兩樣都係比較濕同埋厚身,如果可以整薄啲,香脆啲我會更加鍾意🤓

首先想讚一讚佢個蛋 洒味好濃好出 蛋嘅生熟度都啱啱好🙌🏻至於個招牌芝士流心蝦棗 上網見到好多人都話唔係幾好食 又有啲人話芝士唔熟 但我就覺得好好食喎 個面又夠脆又唔會油淋淋 入面啲蝦膠又唔腥 最重點係一切開佢就係流晒啲芝士出嚟🥰 個拼盤同蠔白粥都唔錯但個人認為可以再濃味啲

今次途經北角誤打誤撞來到呢間餐廳,諗住求其食啲嘢。見到佢個常餐平平哋四十零蚊就食咗呢個餐呀。.🍝薑蔥瑞士雞翼撈丁 配 火腿奄列 $48.常餐嚟講,火腿奄列入面通常都係啲好細條,一絲絲嘅火腿,你又估唔到呢間餐廳奄列入面嘅火腿係一片片, 雖然唔係話好大片,但起碼食落有感覺唔會食完唔知食咗啲乜嘢落肚咁。而牛油方包係一塊厚多士,感覺更抵食。 至於重頭戲嘅瑞士雞翼撈丁都俾到驚喜我。公仔麵唔會煮得太淋配上甜甜地嘅瑞士汁撈埋一齊食,簡直正到痺。而且雞翼 都煮得幾入味,不過如果佢可以滷得再入味啲就更加好。.最後再飲埋佢杯紅豆冰🍧,特別係佢係上面加埋cream,飲上去就更滑更creamy!.如果喺北角度返工或者住,平時落嚟食個tea都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
