昨晚有朋友專乘入大埔搵食,話之前行過大埔墟見到東江雞想入去食下,咪入去囉!時間不算早不算晏,大概晚上七點。一入去見到全部細枱已經有人坐,淨返全部大枱吉嘅。但我們只是兩人,坐大枱不好,仲考慮到費事阻人,咪好聲好氣問仲有冇細枱?幾個阿叔侍應已經猛喝我們是但搭枱咪得囉!係得⋯⋯但我們唔太想,再禮貌地問介唔介意我們兩人坐大枱?阿叔侍應再喝:搭枱囉!!!。佢咁喝我們咪走囉寧願去另一度坐得舒服d食。我們又冇坐低過、冇開過位、水都冇飲一滴,走時仲同阿叔講唔該哂。但那幾個阿叔侍應追住我們鬧:「唔搭枱就返屋企煮啦巴閉!!!」嘩阿叔們,唔幫襯啫用不著咁惡!?你堅持要顧客搭枱,但顧客有權唔幫襯你啩!? continue reading

今日一行三人喺大埔行街,專登過黎食返個鹽焗雞飯。呢度嘅鹽焗雞飯其實出晒名,我本身比較鍾意食泰式海南雞飯果種好滑嘅雞,不過大部份都係凍冰冰,而家呢啲天氣都係食熱嘢好。佢啲雞唔算太肥,當然雞胸係有少少鞋鞋地但係好香雞味所以食得過。成個飯最靈魂係佢個沙薑汁,就咁用黎撈飯都可以扒晒成碟。唯一可惜係以前個例湯係送嘅,而家要十蚊一碗,都好抵飲嘅~臘味炒飯做得好出色,有鑊氣之餘又唔會太油,我本身知自己玻璃肚唔敢食但因為朋友食唔晒所以都食咗兩碗,而且今次個肚仔好聽話啊~~  continue reading

和爸兩個人來這裡晚餐印象中好像未試過這裡的雞爸堅稱我一定有試過特此作出個紀錄XD兩個人點的就只有兩道菜金牌鹽焗雞(例牌)及蒜蓉白菜仔金牌鹽焗雞,據介紹是先以濃湯浸熟,再澆上雞湯及秘製醬汁另附沙薑汁先說肉質,雖不算十分嫩滑,但也不會粗糙皮下脂肪不多,多肉而不會韌味道方面,鹽焗雞夠入味,不沾沙薑汁也很夠鹹香味加上沙薑汁的香味,就更能帶出雞味!蒜蓉白菜仔,對於我來說,就只是覺得很油膩但爸說用上雞油來炒,令白菜更香整頓飯的重點 - 金牌鹽焗雞,確實好吃~~ continue reading

好耐之前經朋友介紹,話大埔公園仔入面有一間沙薑雞飯好正架,所以就去試下,入到去見到個裝修比較舊,地下都幾污糟😅,服務員都唔係咁好,等左一陣,我叫既沙薑雞飯到啦,外表冇咩特別,試左一啖,好好食,沙薑雞好滑😍,d飯偏硬,最重要係佢個醬,加少少落去d飯到攪埋一齊,真係好香同好食😝 continue reading

踩🚲車入大埔😌踩🚵到身水身汗, 近排咗少運動👟的我真係感覺良好😸 咁辛苦踩到入嚟大埔墟,都早有預謀😁嚟食懷舊食東江雞 🐔晏晝有39蚊兩餸✌ 好多街坊幫襯🍱我就叫咗鎮店之寶"東江雞飯"雞🐔味依然 跟以前一樣咁咸 入去幫襯一兩碟飯 ,都照開 壺靚茶🍵畀客人飲踩完單車🚴或做完運動的制水😰朋友 ,真係首選好地方!門口仲有好多靚湯畀你揀真係落足料煲嘅,唔係味精湯。可能覺得我奇怪😒淨係影碟沙薑 其實係靈魂之一, 點沙薑之前記住搞暈碟沙薑, 如果唔係就帶唔出沙薑同油混合的美味 嘥咗碟沙薑。 continue reading
