囂張的太子出品已經冇乜特別,普通小菜款式,可以講入求其一間飯店都食到。不過態度就其差,由其太子,有型過古惑仔,一張8人枱話要坐12個人,仲要我已經6個大漢竟然同我講要坐埋一邊留返搭枱,我話咩年代,一張8人枱竟然仲要搭枱?跟住講多兩講就有個小朋友樓面好有型咁話,你叫20個餸咪唔洗搭枱囉!嘩真係立即爆燈(我一講20個餸,一定知我邊個😅)即刻忍唔住堅拍枱,囂張的太子立即走過嚟好有型咁叫佢同事行開,等佢處理,我當初都以為真係處理,點知原來真係九唔搭八播音機,我講一句,佢就答一句公司規矩要搭枱,同太子既對話入面,我只感覺到小學雞,最後有樓面呀姐打完場,食埋最後一餐幫襯合發既飯 continue reading

久違了的沙田大圍食店、久違了的宵夜。我家老闆其實想吃強記雞粥,但這歷史餐館,終於也躲避不過時間的洗禮,現在已易手為「大圍合發海鮮飯店」,我們也就樂於一試。鹵水鵝片 $148 – 傳統潮州冷盤味道未見突出,很久沒有吃到令我味蕾有特別反應的鵝片,近年漸漸對它失去興趣。酥炸腐皮小棠菜 $95 – 平時少吃小棠菜,加上酥炸蔬菜這個烹調方法對我來說有點新鮮,香口的炸物令我有點驚喜,感覺有點像在吃素蠔餅。方魚肉碎粥 $138 – 對吃潮州粥長大的我來說,這個有點悶。豉油皇炒麵 $70 – 這是一個很特別的炒麵,是特別甜!!! 甜得接近糖醋麵的甜。 continue reading
