今日天氣好,約了由英文回來的朋友去九龍灣行下街。友人提議不如去food court 看看,橫掂好多年都無上過去,唔記得是什麼樣子了。行過有得飲茶的,不過他們都不會想飲茶的。到這間外面看看,見到都有不小小朋友都買這家的餐,所以有興趣試下是什麼一回事。可以由相片見到這家的鹽酥雞是做得不錯的,蛋和滷肉飯是ok的。有趣的是這飯有跟一個泰式汁,大家都識的潘生甜辣醬,有隻雞在label 上。唔怪得有很多小朋友歡迎來這間。今次彩蛋是介紹ikea ,無錯是ikea。因為朋友都唔知ikea 其實很久之前是在這商場的。之後才搬家到MegaBox。 continue reading

今日去到九龍灣training day,專家好有耐心🫣,搞到二點幾先食得lunch!break得半小時又要繼續!只好同班同事嚟個quick lunch。好在樓下有個幾大又多位嘅food court,都幾多間食,坐得都幾闊落。大家各自揾嘢食先,行運一圈,嗌咗個包加杯嘢飲一定唔飽喎咁又記得唔知係邊幫襯過間台灣店,記得啲肉燥飯好正宗今次一於返兜,就叫咗個下午茶滷水雞翼肉燥飯。好肚餓食咗個包,唔記得影相添🤣,再食肉燥飯,果然冇揀錯,肉燥保持到好味道!就驚喜係下午茶都有四隻滷水雞翼,大大隻好入味,肉質滑嫩,下午茶仲送杯嘢飲,抵食呀不過我飲唔到兩杯嘢,同事好幫手,索埋🤣,半個鐘唔駛,大家都食晒,返工囉😪 continue reading

過去年幾上得大陸食嘢多,都有啲悶悶哋,加上今個星期六天氣好唔穩定,就不如留港消費。打算同老婆買啲日用品同睇戲,就近近地就去九龍灣行下。去德福行咗電器舖,啲價錢mark得幾貴,睇下算喇,去咗無印買咗啲日用品同夏季衫,行到有啲肚餓,咁啱樓上有好多食肆,趁套戲未開埸,一於去美食廣場揾嘢食。見間台灣嘢都有啲人排隊,我都行埋去八卦下,見人攞走嘅嘢食都幾靚,有食慾😋,自由就買咗份鹽酥雞滷肉飯加杯半價嘅紫薯鮮奶,幫老婆嗌咗個滷水雞髀肉燥飯同黑糖珍珠奶茶。起餐算快,見我前面都有十個八個人等,都唔晒十分鐘我都有得攞喎!肉燥真係好香,似足台北間出名嘅黑金滷肉飯店,口感豐富,齒頰留香。鹽酥雞好脆,入邊都有好香嘅肉汁,好食😋。老婆個雞髀肉燥飯都好正,滷得好入味,雞髀好滑,size都幾大隻,坻食👍兩杯飲品都大大杯,味道正常。四十分鐘食晒清底唔一定上深圳先有平靚正嘅好嘢食,香港都揾到嘅 continue reading

已經隔咗一段日子冇嘢九龍灣做嘢,月底又被老頂點嚟分公司對數,忙到飛起,搞到成三點先有時間去食晏,我對台灣嘢情有獨鍾!諗返上次次幫襯過嘅food court 內台式小店,出發!嚟到係下午茶時間,人唔多,見古早台居有推緊個台灣鴨胸肉燥飯,即刻買嚟食叫多杯蘋果綠茶醒醒神,出餐好爽手,唔駛三分鐘齊料!鴨胸肉就正正常,值得推薦嘅係呢度嘅肉燥超香濃,又好𡁻口,香滑嘅肉汁配上冬菇粒,好夾杯綠茶都唔錯,好大杯飲唔晒,攞返公司飲都好喎!返公司做嘢囉!希望今日做得切唔駛加班 continue reading

刷新人生觀念的台灣嘢🙂 .首先,我都要維基一下咩叫「奶蓋」,奶蓋茶(英語譯名:Milk cap tea),簡稱奶蓋,稱奶霜茶 又稱芝士奶蓋 (cheese floam tea)是2000年代起源於臺灣的茶類飲料,為臺灣奶茶茶飲文化中的分支,將鮮奶、起司、奶油等加入茶中置於表層。.文字有講到奶蓋是源於台灣,係放於茶嘅表面,然後當我飲呢間所謂「台灣店嘅芝芝莓莓」嘅時間,刷新我人生觀😊👍🏻.大家可以見到圖片,個杯咁混濁嘅一杯嘢就係「芝芝莓莓」👍🏻🙂,我拎到嘅時候,我都呆咗一呆,再問一問店員,呢杯係乜嘢?係我嗌嘅奶蓋茶?.店員話係,呢杯係@芝芝莓莓,有奶蓋係入面,唔知放在係「中間」定係「最底」,當時我回覆一句,「你地都幾搞笑,咁都叫奶蓋茶?」🙂🙂👍🏻.店員回覆,係有奶蓋,你飲就有👍🏻.我拎到翻埋位,飲,真係搞唔掂。咩叫 「奶蓋茶」?「奶蓋」?「台灣店」?.然後我翻去櫃檯同店員講,要佢換一杯比我然後佢竟然我要「比個合理原因」、「點解要換」、「有咩合理理由」 wow好勁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.我望住櫃檯張「參考圖片」問道「奶蓋係最層先啱🙂?你咁都叫奶蓋?」.然後負責整飲品嘢店員行過嚟,回覆道:「點解呢個唔係奶蓋?」「我放咗奶蓋喺中間/杯底/掛杯擺」「總之我又放到奶蓋點解你咁都要換?」.呢個係我問題?????下?.到最後都有換比我,我要求換一杯普通嘅珍珠奶茶🙂 不想伏,都是不好飲的,啲珍珠係硬嘅,我唔知係特登定咩啦(這是第二個食評內容).然後,當負責整嘢飲嘅店員拎杯珍珠奶茶,比我嘅時候,仲講多一句:「啲奶蓋喺中間,到時你飲都飲到㗎啦,點解你要換啊?」.我真係火都嚟埋🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂👍🏻.麻煩公司見到比個合理解釋食客,到底咩先係奶蓋茶?你哋對職員培訓就係咁差? continue reading
