To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

松葉蟹係日本三大名蟹之一,特色在於細長嘅蟹腳同豐滿嘅蟹肉,肉質緊實且充滿甜味,秋冬正正係松葉蟹當造嘅季節。最近得知豚丼のぶたはげ BUTAHAGE推出松葉蟹menu,一於前往品嚐。佢地嚴選優質松葉蟹折肉起膏,製作成物超所值嘅「松葉蟹丼」同「松葉蟹土鍋飯」。$98起嘅價錢食到新鮮的松葉蟹,真係物超所值。另外亦新出咗秋冬限定嘅一人前鍋物,兩款鍋物選擇,仲可以自選湯底、主食同醬汁,自由度高,想點配搭都得。我地最後叫咗以下食物。1.松葉蟹丼松葉蟹丼用料十分豐富,份量足,當中包括蟹鉗、蟹肉、蟹腳同蟹膏。蟹鉗同蟹腳肉質緊實細膩,蟹膏香濃甘甜,一次過全方位品嚐松葉蟹嘅鮮味,非常滿足!2.松葉蟹士鍋飯熱食版松葉蟹,新鮮嘅松葉蟹搭配高湯同香濃日本米,用土鍋慢煮,每啖都食到濃郁嘅海鮮風味,蟹肉鮮甜嫩滑,正正正。3.陸空三拼鍋物每鍋附有豐富配料,包括野菜、菇菌、炙燒豆腐等。湯底可選鰹魚湯/壽喜燒湯/胡麻擔擔湯;主食可選白飯/烏冬;醬料可選醬胡麻醬/柚子醋,拼出自己最愛嘅滋味。

好耐冇去過九龍灣食嘢,德福廣場呢度都開咗唔少新餐廳,見到呢間評價唔錯,又好似幾多嘢食,就嚟試吓。夜晚7:00嚟到,都唔使排隊,不過就已經話要限時75分鐘。雖然個舖頭名主要係賣豚肉飯,但係都有唔少魚生丼同埋天婦羅食,我哋就叫咗一個天婦羅鍋燒烏冬,一個海鮮丼,加定食係要加錢,定食就包括茶碗蒸、湯、甜品、前菜,甜品係寒天,湯可以揀豚肉湯或者海老湯。特上天婦羅鍋燒烏冬定食 $125真係有個鍋即刻燒住食,好快已經可以熄爐,否則啲烏冬會痴晒底。鍋入面除咗烏冬,仲有油揚、金菇、菜、冬菇、魚片、雞蛋(只有蛋黃沒有蛋白?)。湯底冇乜特別味,烏冬好快已經腍晒。天婦羅全部都冇乜味,魚都冇乜鮮味,不過天婦羅粉唔算厚,幾脆。估唔到海老湯係櫻花蝦,以為都會有隻蝦。帆立貝大赤蝦丼定食 $151帆立貝竟然有6塊,但完全沒有味,沒有腥味也沒有鮮味,赤蝦肉也是完全沒有味,蝦頭的膏就有少少鮮味。另外加$5果茶好甜,藥水味甜品黑糖寒天,寒天本身冇味,全靠黑糖汁。仲有一個問題,就係餐廳非常熱,食到出晒汗,好似冇開冷氣淨係靠商場啲冷氣咁,就算未食烏冬之前已經好熱,食食吓更加係出晒汗。
