To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇去過九龍灣食嘢,德福廣場呢度都開咗唔少新餐廳,見到呢間評價唔錯,又好似幾多嘢食,就嚟試吓。夜晚7:00嚟到,都唔使排隊,不過就已經話要限時75分鐘。雖然個舖頭名主要係賣豚肉飯,但係都有唔少魚生丼同埋天婦羅食,我哋就叫咗一個天婦羅鍋燒烏冬,一個海鮮丼,加定食係要加錢,定食就包括茶碗蒸、湯、甜品、前菜,甜品係寒天,湯可以揀豚肉湯或者海老湯。特上天婦羅鍋燒烏冬定食 $125真係有個鍋即刻燒住食,好快已經可以熄爐,否則啲烏冬會痴晒底。鍋入面除咗烏冬,仲有油揚、金菇、菜、冬菇、魚片、雞蛋(只有蛋黃沒有蛋白?)。湯底冇乜特別味,烏冬好快已經腍晒。天婦羅全部都冇乜味,魚都冇乜鮮味,不過天婦羅粉唔算厚,幾脆。估唔到海老湯係櫻花蝦,以為都會有隻蝦。帆立貝大赤蝦丼定食 $151帆立貝竟然有6塊,但完全沒有味,沒有腥味也沒有鮮味,赤蝦肉也是完全沒有味,蝦頭的膏就有少少鮮味。另外加$5果茶好甜,藥水味甜品黑糖寒天,寒天本身冇味,全靠黑糖汁。仲有一個問題,就係餐廳非常熱,食到出晒汗,好似冇開冷氣淨係靠商場啲冷氣咁,就算未食烏冬之前已經好熱,食食吓更加係出晒汗。

晚飯見唔使排隊,好肚餓,就行咗入去啦上菜速度快,初時諗住快餐都係咁㗎啦,估唔到質素唔錯海鮮當新鮮,份量都幾滿足,麵豉湯熬製得好鮮味,唔係普通沖粉。甜品唔Hea,有黑糖冰粉。初時太肚餓,仲叫多個小食(豬扒天婦羅包),最後飽到呢。。。想讚嗰個包都好好味,唔單止天婦羅啱啱炸,連塊菜都好新鮮好脆嫩,飽都想食呢間好似出名食天婦羅,食咗今次,對下次有啲期待。是次晚餐百幾蚊連埋+1。食完之後先知道點解唔使排隊啦,因為返台速度都幾快,一枱接一枱

因為好掛住日本嘅天吉丼,於是搵咗間天婦羅店。我覺得味道唔錯,炸得剛剛好,唔油膩,但係佢default嘅醬汁比較少,有啲太乾,可以叫店員攞extra醬汁比你加落去。舊年試過佢魚生丼,唔係好掂,魚生好薄,都係建議叫天婦羅。

平時係太古見到呢間都無試過,今日係呢頭行開竟然見到有,就入去試下。叫咗個豚肉眼丼,就算叫regular都好多塊,有成5-6塊,如果叫特盛唔知會有幾多🤣可能係肉眼位,食落好腍,唔會乾同咬唔開,配埋啲肥膏食落好香口,加上佢似炙燒,又多咗個燒嘅香味,本身少咗食肥嘢都忍唔住食哂。另外個set仲有茶碗蒸、前菜、同甜品,性價比都幾高,唔駛$100有齊咗多嘢。茶碗蒸都幾滑,甜品亦都幾好食,唔會太甜,下次可以係太古再試。
