      這天收工已是九點半，大部分第一城的餐廳都已經打烊😴難得這間台灣麵仍在營業，便與同事內進吃個快飯。———————————————————————同事點了醉雞配湯米粉。米粉是新竹米粉，麵條幼細，軟硬適中，配以台式肉燥和滷水湯底，濃淡適中👍🏻醉雞份量多，每件雞都啖啖肉🐔但肉質較韌，雞味欠奉🙈雖然醉雞汁酒味濃郁，但雞件未夠入味，相信與浸泡時間不足有關⏱️至於我就點了香酥雞扒配蔥油拌刀削麵。刀削麵麵條粗闊帶點捲曲，蔥油香味十足，亦不會太濃或太油，與刀削麵十分配合😋香酥雞扒不像台式鹽酥雞般，有粉漿包裹着雞肉來炸，反而是用了生炸的烹煮方式，相比之下熱氣和油膩感都較少😊雞肉雖然未算嫩滑但仍有肉汁，雞皮炸得薄而香脆，算是合格水平😛———————————————————————兩個套餐還配有湯品和飲品，味道均屬正常。以幾十元的晚餐收費和這個份量來說，CP值尚算可以。 continue reading
