復活節假期第一日紅日上到熟食街市幾乎爆滿得呢間有位食lunch食碟頭飯叫左咸魚雞粒炒飯,黑椒牛肉炒意,咖哩炒河同咕嚕肉第一碟到左炒河根本唔係炒嘅個阿姐放低左就走左,叫都叫唔住我地無筷子無碗要叫到第二個阿姐先知我地需要筷子同碗第二碟咸魚雞粒炒飯啲飯係硬到會胃痛第三碟炒意,等左勁耐先上好啲,但無乜肉第四碟,咕嚕肉等左成粒鐘未到,中間有問如果未整就取消佢算,佢話走緊油勁過分,成碟野得6粒肉全部都係洋蔥其實如果你同我哋講你假期淨係serve海鮮加工客我哋咪走去其他地方食你知我地係食普通lunch又無表示任何野又俾啲咁嘅質素勁無奈 continue reading

今日去咗間叫「德發」嘅餐廳,門面就普普通通啦,唔算好搶眼,但入到去就充滿住香港舊式茶餐廳嘅風味。叫咗碟豬扒撈河同埋一杯絲襪奶茶。先講豬扒撈河,豬扒嘅質感唔錯,肉質嫩滑,而且調味都啱啱好,唔會過鹹或者過淡。河粉亦都好有韌性,掛汁能力一流,同豬扒嘅汁融合得好好。但同泰國嘅豬頸肉河粉相比,呢個豬扒撈河就少咗啲香料嘅味道,泰國嗰種濃郁嘅香料味真係好難模仿。再講下杯絲襪奶茶,茶味同奶味平衡得唔錯,入口滑順,有陣陣嘅茶香殘留在口腔。比起一啲連鎖茶餐廳,呢度嘅奶茶明顯更有層次感。不過呢,呢度嘅價錢都唔算平,豬扒撈河同奶茶加埋都要成56蚊,喺同類型茶餐廳入面,呢個價錢算係中等偏上啦。講真,每次食呢啲香港地道嘅茶餐廳美食,就會諗起以前細個跟住阿爸阿媽周圍去搵好嘢食嘅時光。嗰陣時唔會去計較價錢,只係享受一家人一齊食嘢嘅樂趣。而家食番呢啲,唔單止係食味道,仲食嘅係一種情懷,一種屬於香港人嘅集體回憶。 continue reading

平日下午經過果邊上去食件腿蛋治,塊蛋薄到好似塊芝士咁 又無味,都唔知點煎到出黎塊包又凍又硬唔知擺左幾耐知道做生意唔容易 要控制成本但係正正經經炒個蛋又幾難呀?扮明嫌棄一條友出黎食下午茶餐唔想做我生意啦,咁你不如唔好出茶餐啦 下下都要叫幾個小炒先係生意咩出品咁差真係無下次或者諗住自己位居鴨脷洲地段賣漁港風情唔稀罕人地返轉頭啦。唔好怪人唔出街消費,飲食業搞成咁就係呢啲「唔憂做」嘅舖做成。以後都唔去呢間野度食喇!太失望呀! continue reading

幾年前第一次嚟鴨脷洲食海鮮就係幫襯呢間,佢出菜快,唔會換走我地嘅海鮮(長洲係試過被換走的),收費比其餘幾間平dd除了電梯數起第一間,其餘三間我地都食過(午市開嘅只有四間),其實呢間整體未必係最出色,但佢最吸引我地繼續幫襯嘅係佢嘅椒鹽,炸得好夠乾身夠脆又夠入味,之前試過椒鹽獅子頭(好似黃花魚咁細細條)椒鹽九肚魚,都勁好味連骨都食埋,最唔掂嘅係最入面個間,標榜自己d炸物好出色但完全唔好食,收費又最貴我地每次食都會有椒鹽瀨尿蝦,個人覺得細隻係入味過大大隻嘅椒鹽鮑魚,炸嘅時間啱啱好唔過火,好彈牙,比蒸嘅野味好多,唔怪得咁多人推薦呢個食法五柳黃花魚,魚外面炸得好脆,時間掌握得好好,魚肉仲係好滑,今次係第一次食,因為見人地個碟好靚即刻落去買的,比想像中好食,但我個人想個汁可以酸多少少因為甜了一點點油鹽水煮蜆,好味到連湯飲埋,湯底似係用胡椒同蘿蔔淆的,放埋d蜆落去煮好鮮甜,比豉椒炒更能帶出鮮味炒白菜仔,其實佢呢間d炒菜真係麻麻,但有碟菜食下感覺冇咁油膩,所以每次都會叫一碟炒菜食牛雜粥,見好多食評推薦,所以試下,唔係新鮮牛雜已經冇肉味,仲要唔係生滾粥,有少少失色,可以唔使試椒鹽鮑魚未夠兩斤,椒鹽瀨尿蝦一斤半,油鹽水大蜆一斤,五柳黃花魚兩條,蒜蓉白菜仔一碟,牛雜粥一碗大,皮蛋瘦肉粥一碗大,凍檸茶一杯,熱檸水一杯,兩罐可樂。總共收咗$512,合唔合理自己計,加工收費係以煮法同以每斤計算的P.S.樓下街市已經被 YouTuber 吹捧得很誇張稱為港版築地市場,因此海鮮價錢係比其他街市買的貴很多很多,識買嘅香港人未必需要响呢個街市買的🧐 continue reading

中午買海鮮上嚟加工,買左一條海金古,四隻大瀨尿蝦,嗌多個椒鹽排骨!椒鹽排骨一上到嚟見到已經嚇一嚇,好似隔離枱食淨拎過黎甘既款,食入口真係好難食,豬排肉係霉既,真係好似食垃圾甘,啲豬排加加埋埋都唔知有無一塊半!瀨尿蝦不過不失,但唔似正宗避風塘賴尿蝦炒過甘,似係生炸完再淋啲配料落去,不過食落味道可接受!海金古俾佢蒸老左,冇晒味,連豉油都冇味!成碟豬扒冇食過咁濟,價錢就唔係好貴,尚可接受!另外想提一提衛生狀況,一錯落枱俾咗一兜滾水我洗啲碗仔,但係個兜水係勁污糟嘅,其中一隻碗污糟到好嘔心,當然食得大排檔唔係要求乾淨,不過橫掂都係要比水人洗碗,點解唔俾兜乾淨嘅水呢?食到一半明明周圍都係吉枱,係都要塞個人落黎搭檯🥲Anyway 唔會有下次! continue reading
