本人寫食評的經驗近乎零,但因為今次用餐經歷非常差,感覺非常委屈,所以在這裡分享一下,亦希望不會再有其他人同我一樣的食客遭到這樣的待遇。我今早2024年7月14日星期日大約10:10到酒樓已攞位坐下,全酒樓約坐了6成人,在大約10:25叫了第一次的點心,因為我很少來,所以我也刻意問了職員是否10:30前落單的點心就會計10:30前的價錢,她告訴我是的,但到最後埋單時,職員計我茶錢和10:30前落單的點心都計了10:30後一個更貴的價錢,而我看見他的單據顯示的時間是10:31落單,但我都非常肯定自己是10:25分已落單,而且我大約10:10已到酒樓,茶位也無可能計10:30後的價錢,但當我向職員反映時,她只是很冷漠的告訴我她只跟開單時間辦事,而我當時亦趕時間,就沒有繼續和她爭辨了,在此我寫下我的感受,希望其他食客不會像我一樣被酒樓欺騙。另外以下內容雖是事實,但純綷這些內容,我是可以接受的,因為酒樓本身價錢唔貴,一分錢,一分貨,純綷出現我以下說的問題,我真的可以接受的,但因為最最後埋單時極差的體驗,現在也一併寫下,讓大家知道一下,這酒樓的餐具非常油膩,大家用餐前洗乾淨就好了。我叫了蝦腸是凍的

另外以下內容雖是事實,但純綷這些內容,我是可以接受的,因為酒樓本身價錢唔貴,一分錢,一分貨,純綷出現我以下說的問題,我真的可以接受的,但因為最最後埋單時極差的體驗,現在也一併寫下,讓大家知道一下,這酒樓的餐具非常油膩,大家用餐前洗乾淨就好了。我叫了蝦腸是凍的,於是吩咐侍應整熱佢,她竟然在我面前用帶住手套的手摸了一下腸粉是否真的凍,我也大開眼界,也可以說說酒樓食物正常的一面,酒樓的乳鴿和奶黃包都夠熱,都可以的。
因為我上次食茶時,職員有給我贈券,所以我知道酒樓有10元的贈券派發,今天我看見的枱面仍有,但我埋單時,職員都沒有派給我,也不知道酒樓的派發準則是什麼,不過我短時間內也不會再來,所以派不派也不要緊了。
願我寫完這篇食評後就此完結,我也不再因今天的不愉快事件影響心情,從新希望其他食客不會再被受騙。

星期六天,一行五人來到海濱花園商塲的酒樓飲茶。這街坊食肆出品尚算不錯,怪不得食客不乏。~豉油皇排骨炒河河粉炒得不錯呀,味道適中;可惜排骨有點兒細塊,骨多肉少。~原蝦燒賣皇賣相不俗,原隻蝦放在燒賣上。蝦和肉也爽口。~鮮竹牛肉球鮮竹軟滑,牛肉味道一般。~上湯鮮竹卷鮮竹皮淋滑,上湯和餡料也不錯。~香煎芋頭糕煎得外皮微焦香口。~潮州蒸粉果粉果餡料充足,花生有咬口。~煎釀茄子🍆魚肉釀茄子,軟硬適中。~鮮蝦腐皮卷煎得剛好,脆口味道佳。~蜜汁叉燒腸腸粉尚算滑,叉燒餡料味道也不錯。~奶香核桃包賣相吸引,外型似足核桃。包內有奶和核桃粒;可惜並不是我杯茶。

我今日專誠走去位於海灣花園的德馨苑海鮮酒家試下早茶。我點左早市才供應的鮮肉籠包(6隻)$9.8,皇牌孖寶配搭(2份)$57.6。皇牌孖寶配搭是原隻鮮蝦腸配鮑汁煎釀茄子,鹹魚肉餅飯配鮮竹牛肉球。點心好味又好食,茗茶只是$8,超級經濟👍👍!

今日我在荃灣辦完事已過了下午1時,索性過去位於荃灣永順街38號海灣花園地下 G21-G28號舖的德馨苑海鮮酒家食下午茶,此處環境寬敞,座位舒適。我點左下午茶的干炒牛肉河$48及瑤柱蛋白炒飯$68,干炒牛肉河的賣相不錯,份量不少,每條河粉都炒得均勻,沒有黏在一起;牛肉的質感不錯,好食。瑤柱蛋白炒飯更加是值得一讚,每粒米都炒得乾爽,蛋白及配菜的份量豐富,瑤柱絲散佈在飯面上,賣相吸引。整體上,這兩碟飯和河粉都是優質的,值得推介👍👍!

我點左下午茶的干炒牛肉河$48及瑤柱蛋白炒飯$68,干炒牛肉河的賣相不錯,份量不少,每條河粉都炒得均勻,沒有黏在一起;牛肉的質感不錯,好食。瑤柱蛋白炒飯更加是值得一讚,每粒米都炒得乾爽,蛋白及配菜的份量豐富,瑤柱絲散佈在飯面上,賣相吸引。

整體上,這兩碟飯和河粉都是優質的,值得推介👍👍!

中秋、國慶加上星期日,兩星期前訂了2圍「百家爭鳴」全包宴,每席近五千。第一道菜是乳豬全體。一上抬,全場嘩然,除了一個大豬頭,碟中只有20多片比藥水膠布大些少的乳豬片(真的是薄片加脂肪),份量大約是個半例牌。知道大時大節會因各種原因可能扣起份量,但眼前的實在太過份,即時通知經理轉換,而經理也二話不說,立即更換。花姿蚌片上枱是微溫。南非鮑魚基本是黑色的,不知道是品種還是沒有洗。鵝掌一般、炸雞太老、全場最好是個湯,足料。還叫了一個苦瓜炒蛋、非常咸,而且蛋內好像加了什麼粉,食過像煎餅,一點不像炒蛋。還好待應服務態度好。會不會再幫襯?可能要找一個有說服力的原因了!

本想打個電話問外賣餐牌,結果態度不好說要自己落來看。以前這家服務都很好,自從換了現在這家又貴服務又差。接線員的態度尤其差,還會掛人電話,這哪裡是服務行業,簡直是大爺行業,感覺遲早要關門。

Visited for dim sum, quite a classic restaurant for this and has a good range of dishes. With such a broad menu there are ups and downs but generally tasty and modestly priced. The new decor is attractive and comfortable, would recommend a visit and it certainly won't hurt your pocket to try.

經理態度都唔係太好….完全都唔覺得佢有悔意

所以味道我只係試咗四碟….

佢晚市免茶免加一係值得一讚嘅
味道無話唔好食嘅,速度同態度…
真係要改吓囉….
熊度唔係講服務態度,係佢唔覺得佢哋有唔啱嘅態度…

無咁多料就唔好用咁大隻碟….

呢個燉湯冇影到相🥲 個阿姐太早幫我哋分晒啲湯 入面都好足料 好多豬骨 好多雞肉👍🏻 仲有花膠同埋魚翅 當然花膠同魚翅嘅質素唔會係好高質嗰種 但係成個燉湯冇乜油 感覺好養生☺️ $128來講好抵飲 我哋四位每人都有兩碗湯

呢間酒樓食物質素都幾好 而且價錢真係好親民 我覺得絕對會有下次👍🏻
