好嚮往同朋友一邊食串燒,一邊飲酒。今次去到尖沙咀試吓呢一間串燒餐廳。門口大大個招牌寫住高木,而且出面仲有代客泊車,揸車人士非常方便。餐紙一張有兩版紙,分門別類列好晒出嚟。每一款串燒都好想試吓。我比較鍾意食蘆筍,所以叫咗一串蘆筍同埋蘆筍豬肉卷。蘆筍豬肉卷原來係豬肉包住蘆筍,食落去豬肉有點脆口,肉質好薄,而且好入味。蘆筍爽口,味道好新鮮。燒大蝦估唔到大蝦都幾大隻,大蝦外殼鋪滿海鹽,就咁用口剝食都得。蝦肉爽口彈牙,鮮甜無比。燒羊架一向鍾意食羊肉嘅我,每次去親日本/西餐廳都必叫。羊架燒得好香口,食落去味道一啲都唔騷,肉質仲好鮮嫩。香蔥牛肉卷一串有兩件,而且好大件,牛肉包住入面滿滿嘅香蔥,食落去煙煙靭靭之餘,仲有香蔥爽口嘅口感。我哋仲order左黑松露牛肉金菇卷、鹽燒豚肉、燒鱔、雞腎、雞翼、汁燒豆腐同埋車厘茄煙肉卷等,食完非常滿足飽肚。

明明上個月也還有.為什麼8月就沒有做 lunch menu 了.剛剛攀石涉水來到尖沙咀吃了閉門羹才知道,家人非常失望.這真是一個非常失敗的商業決定.晚餐串燒試過是不錯.但這樣的價位, 有更多更好的選擇.

跟朋友早在一星期前已經訂了座位,因為朋友十分掛念日本的美食,所以決定陪他去食日本串燒以慰單思之苦。因為是已訂座,而且是較早時間,所以沒什麼客人,感覺很寧靜店內佈置甚有日本居酒屋的風味每日時令精選都會在牆上黑板推介俾客人餐牌用心,有中文、日文同英文呢款魚日文叫kinki,中文喜知次,好多日本人都鍾意食,的確係因為肉質厚而重魚味炸河蝦,味道還可以的,加上少許椒鹽添了風味燒菠蘿~在面層涂了糖再燒,外脆內軟安格斯牛肉粒~燒出來後不會太乾,很juicy,肉味超濃,軟棉棉因為我們下午6時到,大約7時左右已座無虛席,雖然座位不多,但感覺確實很像日本的居酒屋,光是感覺已值得再來。

今晚約咗個朋友去食日式串燒,原本都無望有乜特別,都係串燒啫。但試完之後覺得唔錯,都幾特別🤩,仲好好味添🤤。第一次嚟高木炭火燒鳥,燈光較暗,座位唔多,幾張獨立枱同幾個bar枱座位。所以要食就book定穩陣D😉。兩個人order 燒鱔,雞皮,鵝肝,羊架,鹽燒豚肉,牛肋條,芝士年糕,明太子飯團,芝士大菌。燒鱔皮脆肉嫩滑雞皮好薄脆唔油膩鵝肝燒到啱啱好,內里香滑,有口感!羊架約7成熟,多計肉嫩,正!睇嚟手勢唔錯😏。鹽燒豚肉,望去白白地以為成夠肥肉,咬落先發現肥瘦啱啱好,有肉汁,口感唔錯,唔會有過熟感覺👍🏻。牛肋條都唔錯,正常味道,但說不上特別😝芝士蛋糕,對於我嚟講都幾特別,外皮烘得脆脆地而裏面嘅芝煙軔,食完唔覺膩,可以繼續食!明太飯團🍙,原來外層係燒過下嘅!因此食落去脆脆地。連我唔鐘食飯焦嘅人都覺得唔錯,鐘意食飯焦嘅人應該好鐘意食。芝士大菌係鮮菇肚內加芝士燒成,多汁鮮甜。不過要提嘅係趁熱食。一個芝士大菌份咗4份,新鮮熱辣時食咗一份,好好味,差不唔食完D食物時,再食埋個1/4份,感覺上比熱食無咁好味。

昨晚經朋友定位,進入餐廳後,感覺環境非常擠迫。桌面非常細小,不足夠地方擺放食物。吃到一半的時候,問女服務員請問我們的食物齊了嗎?她服務態度極差地回覆,”還有一條魚,煮緊”,然後就走開了。食物方面,串燒燒得太乾,鮑魚又不新鮮。你們可以想像一個客人可以吃到一半埋單,去其他地方吃飯,也不願意繼續留下來,連最後條魚我們也只吃了¼便走。看見這裏的食評有這麼高分,本人有被騙的感覺,這樣的食物質素及服務態度,深信在香港很難生存。

又有機會來到尖沙咀這條我最喜愛的小街 - 棉登徑吃晚餐! 今次跟朋友吃串燒!本來看見小小的廚房也沒有太大期望會有很多款式的串燒,但準備點餐時看見餐牌上林林總總不同的菜式確實是喜出望外!很多普通串燒店不會煮的燒物都可以點,突然十分期待這份晚餐!先點了菜款開開胃,中間這串露筍豬肉卷十分好吃!薄薄的豬肉片包着清甜的露筍,不會太油膩!免治雞肉是第一個驚喜!因為配了生雞蛋和醬汁!!!有吃過的朋友便知道,不是所有地方都有這個配搭,更多時候只有乾乾的一串雞肉棒。另一個驚喜是海鮮!帶子串size不少之餘火喉亦較得剛剛好,超級好吃!最後是的喜之次!這燒魚真不是所有地方也吃得到,然後味道也很鮮肉很嫩滑,十分滿足的一個晚上。

先點了菜款開開胃,中間這串露筍豬肉卷十分好吃!薄薄的豬肉片包着清甜的露筍,不會太油膩!

免治雞肉是第一個驚喜!因為配了生雞蛋和醬汁!!!有吃過的朋友便知道,不是所有地方都有這個配搭,更多時候只有乾乾的一串雞肉棒。

途經棉登徑,見到尼一間好有日本feel嘅串燒小店推門入去已經見到有幾個日本人坐係四人枱,我地倆人就選擇長長嘅吧枱,享受置身日本居酒屋嘅感受日本A4和牛,入口即溶,牛味重, 肉質超軟熟,必吃之選雞皮蝦,個名好有趣,所以叫黎試下,蝦頭燒得好脆好野味,雞皮包住蝦,囗感有趣馬刀貝,鮮甜美味,蜆味濃貴妃蚌,火喉啱啱好、爽口彈牙, 而且海水味十足 勁鮮甜雖然店舖細細,但氣氛好好,食物水準高,食材新鮮。有好多清酒供選擇,愛好飲酒人仕、必定大愛。逢星期一至日 Happy hour 係4:00-6:30免收加一,而6:30前結帳及離坐有八折優惠值得一讚廚師細心,食物上完一串再一串、唔會一下子燒哂上枱,比客人可以慢慢品嚐食物,又唔會攤凍哂!三五知己或者情侶談心嘅好地點!

If you are looking for a realJapanese food, this apparently isn’t the one. Poor food quality which are just too expensive. For instance we ordered two Tsukune but only one raw egg came. Hatsu was soooo tiny with only three pieces which was hard as a rock. These are just a few examples of many. Never ever go again.
