很久沒跟朋友見面,找個較為有私人空間的地方輕鬆一下又方便大家回家,於是想起《高木》炭火鳥燒,位於尖沙咀N出口步行2分鐘。 香蔥牛肉卷 $38香蔥也被處理過所以以為整個都很濃烈但咬下去味道剛好! 羊架(2件)$88 實在太喜愛了! 羊是必點之一,肉質棯也沒有落太多調味料覆蓋本來的味道 明太子飯團 $32 廚師用燒來處理,而且燒得很脆,所以表面有飯焦口感銀杏 $22 即「白果」,細細粒容易食。 平時白果一搬會配腐竹,今次加上小許鹽作為小食,咸咸的味道不錯。 免治雞肉 $48 把雞肉打成溶再卷成條狀,把混入生雞蛋內,口感很滑,不怎麼要咀嚼喜之次 $78同樣地用燒的方法來處理,魚肉質屬不算太多骨也不易散,如減少烹調時間會更為美味總體來說價錢屬中上但有水準!

今日同朋友到尖沙咀找一間餐廳靜靜地傾下計, 行行下就想到棉登徑而家都好多食, 而且係靜中帶旺。 門口看一看就覺得好有日本味道的 居酒屋, 所以即管入去試一下 。丫, 竟然真係有高質素的串燒。串燒其實最重要就是要燒到皮香肉嫩,  呢個絕對可以做到!!點了幾款高難道的燒物-燒雞皮, 真係好香脆但並不乾身.,就似薯片般脆卜卜而且好香雞油味。 我真心認為燒雞皮有一定的難道, 要脆但不乾硬, 我試過好幾間都不一定做到!-蒲燒鰻魚 ,  鰻魚好厚身的肉, 冇骨。 個皮一定要燒到脆, 少少濕我自己都接受不了, 和我一樣鍾意食燒鰻魚的人就會明白,這裡做得到,而且好!!-燒大蝦- 新鮮爽口的, 有鮮蝦味,但用好多粗鹽燒,不能直接用口咬。-燒豚肉 ,這個一定是最平均的腩肉, 一層肉一層膏。 咬落是彈牙的, 入味, 有油香但完全沒有油膩感覺。-芝士大菌, 有芝士香,菇亦軟身但尺碼中等沒有驚喜。居酒屋又點少得枝豆 , 這個是絕對的長春綠葉, 少左總有點不自然。 暖暖的再灑上少少鹽,佐酒是一流的。來一個超級甜的燒菠蘿作結尾, 完美。

今晚爲老友慶生,帶她來了這間她曾經說過想試試的「高木」,正好我也未吃過。居酒屋的面積不大,有吧枱和幾張2-4人桌,還有一處比較私密的角落。兩個女生吃不多,吃日本串燒就適合不過。白《鱔 $58/串》魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉汁潤鮮嫩,不需醬汁都好吃。《七味豬頸肉 $48》七味的味道不薄身外層香脆,之間的肉香口不算乾,很特別的燒豬頸肉。《喜之次 $78》燒得有點燒火,肉質變得乾身和小咸,有點浪費。《免治雞肉 $48》蛋黃金黃大個,雞肉串外層的醬油深色吸引,入口雞肉有汁而且有軟骨令口感增加,再加上蛋液更整體更滑溜。《牛舌 $48》厚身但完全不韌,入口彈牙有肉汁,再配有黃芥末的微微辣味提升味道,不錯。《香蔥牛肉卷 $38》一大束香蔥卷在牛肉塊內,味道香濃能點爲難咬,吃得有點狼狽。《燒日本年糕 $32》年糕要襯熱快吃否則會變硬。外層燒過變得微脆而內糯,有口感的,蘸點醬油更提味。

棉登徑一向岀名多日本餐廳,今次去咗試呢間串燒小店,店入面大約二十個位,其中6個係bar位,感覺其實有d迫。串燒即叫即燒,我覺得製作時間比一般串燒店耐,但食物水準絕對會令你願意等,推介黑松露雞髀菇,明太子雞翼,同燒飯團。今次叫咗支清酒’美丈夫’,今次係第一次飲呢支清酒,餐牌寫係辛口,但飲落唔係辛口,偏甜,唔係咁啱我口味。見到佢哋餐牌有三款京都麥啤,下次再嚟應該會改試佢啲啤酒。餐廳位置近K11,去佢度食嘢絕對方便。
