深海池魚
肥美油分足,特別要講講佢呢度係由右食到左的,特別講講壽司飯調味做得相當細緻,我一路食,基本上不需要點任何調味已經係最好狀態。魚滑而有米香,有回甘。

新鮮瀨尿蝦
瀨尿蝦肉質結實彈牙,唔會霉。鮮,爽,壽司唔會太鬆散又不會太實,不用再加調味直接入口。

帆立貝
壽司右到左,呢舊係第一舊濃味的,原因係帆立貝上配左鵝肝,鵝肝輕輕煎白,所以味道濃郁,帆立貝清爽的鮮甜同爽嘅口感完美平衡左鵝肝的濃郁油香。

魷魚
我初初都覺得奇,呢舊係最左?原來係因為魷魚上的烏魚子碎,鮮味帶咸白,魷魚本身爽滑煙韌,味道上突出了烏魚子的濃郁,調味得宜,我到底倒醬油出黎係做咩?

銀鱈魚
之前我都講過,銀鱈魚係我最愛!而家香港正常食日本野銀鱈魚已經買少見少。魚身肥美,油香四溢,入口即溶!好想要多件。

吞拿魚赤身
我少食Omakase,原因係我好多刺身都唔食,一陣大家會見到我呢樣又話唔食,果樣又話唔食,但今晚最後,我都食哂。原因係,入貨入得好,所以易入口,鮮甜。吞拿魚係其中一樣我好少食嘅刺身,主要係因為陣血味。呢款吞拿魚食由於用醬油漬製,去除左吞拿魚嘅血味。而醬油帶出咗魚嘅鮮甜,我自己都估唔到咁易入口。香得黎冇血味,反引起左食欲。

拖羅蓉
又係一個本身唔食嘅野,拖羅蓉好似有腥味,魚味強烈帶侵略性。呢個係相當清新,完全感覺到師傅對味道的平衡掌握得好,一定係自己都試左d材料,先可以平衡得到。呢d就係一般大量製作的壽司舖俾唔到你的。

海膽
最後最濃的就係海膽,又係唔食嘅野。其實香港食海膽呢十年已經比以前好左好多,但都係比去日本食有距離。呢個海膽食落鮮甜,唔勁海水味,滑!唔腥!大佬我真係建議大家,食得海膽,食返呢d水準起碼,唔好每虧侍自己ok?又係果句,調味調得唔錯,個海膽係師傅調過的。

三黃雞腿肉
雞腿肉一定係啖啖內,好咬口,鮮嫩多汁。反而我覺得呢個可以重點點調味。

雞心喉
問過餐廳,雞心喉即係痴住心臟果揪野,即係動脈血管啦?口感軟滑,應該以脂肪組織包住血管,香得黎,你咬入去係爽爽的。呢個幾有趣,又學到野!

雞皮
唔係咩特別野,但又係會上癮嘅小食,好多地方炸呢d皮會炸到益益地,佢呢個雞皮好香脆,算乾身,加少少鹽,喜歡飲酒一定會用黎送酒。

雞尾
即係雞屎忽啦!其實好多年輕一輩唔知,雞屎忽係好多人食,台灣都有名物係炸雞屎忽,原因係呢個位雞味重,多油。所以你咬落去爆汁係一定,而且係所有雞串入味最香濃。

牛舌
牛呀老細!我真係去到邊都會食牛,今日又食牛舌,我反而覺得佢太厚切,牛舌,尤其燒,我都係喜歡薄少少,香d。

鹽燒雞翼
鹽燒雞翼,就係鹽燒雞翼,我冇補充。

燒洋蔥
最後食返少少甜甜嘅野,幾好,唔會太強烈,完美作結。

總結,你會見佢唔會係好貴嘅食材。但師傅心機係好足,呢個價,我覺得值,有d餐廳係食食材,但你叫得做OMAKASE,係唔係都欣賞多少少手工呢?

呢個前菜甜甜地好好食🤤🤤味道超級似蕃薯糖水🍠🤣但係好好食 食完呢個就超期待之後主菜係味道上有咩衝擊帶比我🤣

刺身每件都口感十足🤤又肥又油 超級正💯 分別有拖羅 鯛魚 油甘魚 赤蝦 帶子 輕輕一點醬油就已經調哂個味出黎 我會建議食刺身要由白肉魚食到紅肉魚 因為白肉魚比較啖味 唔係食完有比較 個口會試唔出個味🥸

等咗成晚嘅壽司作為全晚嘅主菜,幾樣壽司都非常之吸引 作為開頭 首先有開胃嘅漿泥烏賊加竹炭葉同檸檬汁去醒醒個胃🤤🤤然之後就深海池魚 口感軟綿綿 入口即溶😋緊接著就係小肌 肉質硬實 非常有口感👍🏻 再之後就到銀鱈魚 肉質爽口 最後就係賴尿蝦加蟹膏 濃濃嘅邪惡蟹膏放入口🤣海鮮口感max‼️‼️

6️⃣手卷
成晚嘅餐單用吞拿魚蓉手卷作終結,吞拿魚味道10分出眾 即使變成蓉都食得出吞拿魚嘅味道👍🏻👍🏻 而作為外表嘅紫菜都不容忽視,非常之脆 紫菜味亦都足夠👍🏻👍🏻
