To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咪叫我食貨得㗎喇,今次我去咗三哥米線試佢哋嘅新菜式,濃郁嘅水煮湯底令人一試難忘,嗜辣嘅朋友真係要嚟一試!鴨血腍滑得嚟帶點彈牙,同埋老油條嘅香脆,真係撈埋一齊食簡直係一絕😋。自選湯底三餸米線中嘅油揚就似係爆炸咁吸曬湯汁,轉化做滿嘴香味;京白菜爽脆嘅口感嘅確好適合同湯渣仔並肩作戰😌。至於蒜香雞翼尖呢,蒜味濃郁得嚟又唔會好多油,咯口食落真係幾過癮嘅。香醋芝士鮮原茄就嚟啲不一樣,嗰種酸酸甜甜嘅滋味,真係開胃到不得了!鴛鴦哈蜜瓜爆珠梳打就冷氣團一流,飲得我心情都爽朗起嚟,幫手擋咗一身辣氣😌。攞齊古靈精怪嘅口味,今次呢餐三哥米線食得我心滿意足!下次仲要返嚟試多啲,成個食神係我!🍅🍗🍜

今次去嗌了個辣爆來個滋味!譚仔三哥米線確實掂晒,先講講番茄湯底米線,湯頭唔會太酸,清新得嚟還包含咗豐富嘅蕃茄味,一啖湯一啖麵,夠曬滋味!再嚟就係墨丸啦,Q彈爽口,真係正!至於麻辣湯底嘅米線墨丸,10小辣起得嚟唔算烈,但個麻勁嘅感覺就深深觸動咗我嘅味蕾🌶️🤤。之後跟咗份Omni豬肉韭菜餃子米線喺素菜系列度,個餃子咬落去嘅口感實在過癮,令人忘記佢係素嘅!不過呢,菇菌湯底略鹹咗少少,希望下次可以調和啲。總結,譚仔嘅味道一貫,服務又好,令人食得開心又滿意😋🍜!

🍜米線 🍳早餐 🚹1-8人 🐻❄️#新奇控——————譚仔三哥最出名嘅係米線,但對🐻🐻❄️嚟講,佢另一個特點係…早餐!😆🐻:可惜當日師傅未返,無得叫埋另一特色 — 炸醬多士😛叫左一個早餐,佢有一個好開心🥳嘅名:😆雙拼櫻花蝦哈哈配薄罉餐🤣雙拼揀左火腿煎蛋同豉油汁,第一次試左安全嘅配搭先🤣,食落ok喎😋豉油加火腿個味都啱啱好!煎蛋仲係半熟流心蛋黃,食完碟底又唔會好油👍🏽🐻❄️:其實我第一次知「罉」正字係咁寫🤣,一直以為係「餐」🤣結論:好少見薄罉做早餐🤣食其他早餐食到悶悶哋,可以轉吓口味😆
