To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咪叫我食貨得㗎喇，今次我去咗三哥米線試佢哋嘅新菜式，濃郁嘅水煮湯底令人一試難忘，嗜辣嘅朋友真係要嚟一試！鴨血腍滑得嚟帶點彈牙，同埋老油條嘅香脆，真係撈埋一齊食簡直係一絕😋。自選湯底三餸米線中嘅油揚就似係爆炸咁吸曬湯汁，轉化做滿嘴香味；京白菜爽脆嘅口感嘅確好適合同湯渣仔並肩作戰😌。至於蒜香雞翼尖呢，蒜味濃郁得嚟又唔會好多油，咯口食落真係幾過癮嘅。香醋芝士鮮原茄就嚟啲不一樣，嗰種酸酸甜甜嘅滋味，真係開胃到不得了！鴛鴦哈蜜瓜爆珠梳打就冷氣團一流，飲得我心情都爽朗起嚟，幫手擋咗一身辣氣😌。攞齊古靈精怪嘅口味，今次呢餐三哥米線食得我心滿意足！下次仲要返嚟試多啲，成個食神係我！🍅🍗🍜
