To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一路以為特辣係乜哥最辣果隻辣🤔🤔今日先知重有一個叫特辣再加辣😱😱自問食得辣不過一路都唔敢挑戰🤭🤭唔敢試又心癢癢咁唯有試一次啦🫣🫣留返條後路，叫外賣喺屋企度食🙄🙄今日其實仲有叫其他小食豬耳、豬肚、茄子、雲耳和蒜泥白肉😋😋雖然每個小食話唔同味，麻辣味、酸辣味和乜乜味，坦白講食落去嘅時候每樣嘢咪差唔多味🤪🤪以為特辣再加辣會好勁，點知雷聲大雨點小😂😂To Do List 又少咗一個項目😜😜呢個辣仲要➕$5先有😆😆其實係有少少辣嘅不過都食到☺️☺️

外賣點了6隻土匪雞翼，一打開全是燒焦了的雞翼，焦成這樣，怎麼可給客人？咬時都要刻意咬掉那些燒焦了的皮，不敢吞，直接吃肉，完全無味，連一點咸味都無😳自己煮仲好食，浪費錢，沒想到一間連鎖店都差成這樣，以後都不會光顧！

第一次嗌外賣嗌到咁無奈，第一次上OpenRice寫食評😂我專登打電話去叫唔分湯，跟住個姐姐就話唔可以，話外賣app一定要分湯，又話呢啲係廚房做，佢做唔到咁我就緊係知係廚房做啦我就好聲好氣同佢講，咁你可以叫廚房分架嘛然後佢就開始發癲語氣好差鬧人：今次幫你做，冇下次。唔可以咁冇規矩，就Cut我線。其實都係分個湯啫…😅返工返到咁😅😅

今日晏晝lunch諗食咩，就見到譚仔三哥出咗個水煮湯鴨血米線，因為太懷念台灣鴨血，就試吓譚仔三哥拍唔拍得住台灣啲鴨血水煮湯鴨血米線 $39本人就食開小辣，所以豆卜完全索晒啲湯，非常好食，夠晒辣，而主角鴨血，感覺同係台灣食嘅鴨血冇咩分別，都係好有口感，比豬紅有咬口少少，煙韌少少，而水煮湯底就感覺同平時嘅湯底味道分別唔太大，上網睇話用花椒八角等材料嚟整個湯底會有麻辣感覺，但本人飲落口就感覺唔到有麻嘅感覺如果未試過食依個米線，我覺得都值得一試，始終鴨血佢整得係好味
