To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗間餐廳食個火鍋套餐，真係有啲嘢想講下。望住個小火鍋，個譚仔湯底好好似平時食10小辣咁，上面飄住幾片生菜、一舊油豆腐同埋一粒紅卜卜嘅番茄，賣相都幾靚。試咗啖湯，味道就有啲淡，感覺好似清水咁，冇乜鮮味，可能要落多啲調味料先得。再講下配菜，生菜新鮮爽脆，油豆腐吸咗啲湯汁，不過吸得唔夠入味。肥牛片睇落去都幾靚，雪花紋路清晰，不過煮完之後有少少韌，口感差咗啲。個白飯就正常啦，軟硬適中。酸菜同芫荽呢，酸菜夠酸，開胃，但係有少少鹹；芫荽新鮮，不過唔係個個都鍾意。餐廳環境都幾舒服，座位寬敞，價錢就中等啦。總體嚟講，呢個套餐就普普通通，味道有啲欠缺，不過如果想食清淡啲嘅話，都可以試下嘅。下次可能要試下其他米線，睇下會唔會好食啲。
