To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平生第一次黎秀茂坪,做嘢放飯近近地係商場食碗麵。呢間譚仔竟然冇做QR code落單,全店人手由譚仔姐姐寫,時光機停留嘅觸動。我哋兩個都係叫腩肉米線,清湯,原味道,配以腐竹、芽菜、韭菜。米線軟硬適中,一貫的好。另外加碟土匪雞翼,熱辣辣炸起,食落冇當年咁熱氣,唔知係咪記憶偏差,調味粉同黑芝麻充足。同事話食食下,望出去流線型嘅大門口,睇住商場對面,有身處機場食飯嘅感覺……人生本來就好沉重,謝謝陪我吃飯,傾訴。

已經係非繁忙時間,下午差唔多4點黎食,但3:52落單,小食到晒,個兩碗米線就失左蹤,等到4:23,要不停追先有。足足半個鐘,兩碗米線都要等半個鐘,明明店面上無幾個客人。仲有一大堆人等外賣,係唔係真係做唔切呀!但明明店面啲姨姨係到慢慢行,又傾下計🤦🏻♀️

今日就嚟到譚仔食早餐外賣諗返起上一次食譚仔早餐已經係上學時期的回憶了。譚仔姐姐都係一如既往咁親切,做嘢好快手。喺我嗌完外賣10分鐘後已經即刻有得攞。要讚一讚嘅係佢個火腿通粉,比起茶記真係多咗浸奶香味,配埋大大塊嘅火腿好滿足。跟住個餐可以揀太陽蛋,炒蛋,同埋熟蛋。咁我就揀咗炒蛋,炒蛋本身係冇咩味嘅,自己加番啲鹽味就好好食了。跟住仲嗌咗腸仔,腸仔就普通啦,煎一煎炸一炸嘅。再飲埋杯嘢飲好滿足呀。如果平時食開茶記都厭嘅話可以試吓譚仔嘅早餐

觀塘呢間 唔使點等位夠大間諗唔到食咩,我最鐘意食譚仔 譚仔比譚仔三哥好食蕃茄湯底好出色真係好重蕃茄味同無咩味精嘅感覺配雞肉/木耳絲/竹笙/牛肉 再加個雞翼 或者蒜泥白肉 先夠飽!
