To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍜🍲🥢平價邊爐在譚仔而家連譚仔都有得打邊爐啦,價錢都算經濟,由$98起,係二人份量。🍲湯底可以揀蕃茄湯、香荽皮蛋湯或者重慶酸辣湯,我試左2次,分別選左蕃茄湯同香荽皮蛋湯,想食辣嘅呢兩款都可以加辣。冇特別評價因為就是譚仔湯底🤣要留意吓嘅係呢三款湯底本身都預設咗一啲配料,例如香西皮蛋會配咗魚肚、蕃茄湯會配咗雞件,呢啲都係冇得轉嘅,另外每一鍋都會包咗啲京白菜、青瓜粒同埋木耳。🥓配料之後就可以係個list到自選三款嘅食材,個list冇嘅就可以再加錢添加配料,最多只可以加兩款,例如墨魚春卷、脆肉鯇、芫荽山呢d,就係免費list上面冇,一家要加錢嘅。🥒小食四款小食裏面可以揀兩款,不可重複,分別有紅油木耳、紅油青瓜、麻辣豬耳同埋四川青椒皮蛋。皮蛋係正常份量,所以應該係最抵食嘅。圖片的雞翼&豬大腸係另外叫的。🍚主食可以選兩款,白飯、米線同埋寬麵唔使加錢,酸菜炸醬飯就要加$5。米線同寬麵嗰啲本身都已經煮熟咗,唔放落去滾湯,就咁撈皮蛋個辣油都好正😆🥤飲品包熱飲兩杯,凍飲就要加$3,特飲就要再加錢。冇咩加嘅話,人均$50-60就可以打邊爐,而且都吾會吾飽,豐儉由人,值得一試。

譚仔regular嘅米線同小食不嬲都好食,但間中出新嘢都會身痕想試下。尋晚同屋企人堂食,我食返普通揀餸嘅配搭,好味,屋企人身痕試新嘅撈寛粉,啲餸因為都係米線嘅餸,所以冇問題,但寛粉,唉,個底有1/4碗淥麵水浸住,撈埋出黎啲味冇哂,甚至一路食會一路索汁嘅寛粉索到食完,個底都仲有幾羹水淨,令寛粉冇哂味。走時買外賣俾屋企人冇落黎食嗰個,想要素米線,點知姐姐話冇哂素肉醬所以冇得叫,本來想問可唔可以轉真肉醬,但原來冇其中一味,收銀機就會lock咗嗰個組合,你叫咗轉一味都唔得🤷🏻♀️所以又叫返普通配搭加啲小食。都係小食最好味
