To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食譚仔係外賣不斷出,但堂食等十世。外賣多到放曬係個架到都冇人攞,堂食等超過半個鐘先出!!既然係咁,不如做外賣店算啦。一開始用app點餐既時候,已經咩都話缺貨咁濟,點完早早黎一杯嘢飲打發你,然後要你等十世先有米線。依間分店唔會再去!!

這間店麵條是沒有問題的,湯底也沒有問題,咸淡都無問題。豬軟骨也很好吃,很入味。唯獨有問題係生腸小吃。陣陣屎味完全在口中,食物本質又硬,又有屎味,劣評。一定唔會再嗌黎食😑

黑色星期五,連大家樂都排到變賓墟。我唯有張就下係譚仔叫外賣,佢垃圾就一向都知。我12:51分落單,等左足足21分鐘。唔好同我黎果套,繁忙時段就係咁架啦,人多。咁你做生意都要識變通架係咪? 何況我碗野都係豆卜竹笙,你有良心既咩?會好用心咁煮?啲豆卜、竹笙,都係求其拋落味精湯度飄兩野就算架啦。5小辣湯底等於清湯,勉強浸到pat米線。芽菜仲黑過你對拖鞋。喂,你間野咁生意興隆,要個客等外賣21分鐘,啲芽菜都應該係去得快同新鮮。你呢間譚仔分店,絕對係垃圾中既垃圾。

今晚訂咗譚仔嘅米線外賣,料有雞肉、墨魚春卷、脆肉鯇,仲加多咗份油菜同凍檸茶。我感覺今次嘅食物正常可以接受。首先講外觀,米線同春卷都冇咩特別,係普通嘅樣。食物送到嘅時候,溫度仲算可以,但冇太大驚喜。口感方面,米線煮得軟熟,但味道方面冇太多特色。雞肉同脆肉鯇嘅味道都係一般般,冇太多驚喜。墨魚春卷口感軟熟,但味道上就冇咩特別嘅亮點。油菜煮得恰到好處,口感脆嫩,係整體評價中比較出色嘅部分。至於凍檸茶,味道清香,解渴又開胃,係整體評價中相對不錯嘅一點。今次嘅譚仔米線外賣係一般般。食物嘅味道冇太多亮點,屬於比較普通嘅選擇。不過,油菜同凍檸茶還算不錯。

平時唔愛撈麵,不過朋友不斷推介,就試試佢呢排嘅雞扒撈麵😏中辣還好,食得辣可接受😆麵嘅份量略少,大隻佬可能唔夠飽,加多啲餸吧😝勁多炸醬,多到係平時兩份咁😃仲有好多酸菜,解下辣同膩,唔錯~值得返chur!
