To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟到大角咀海富商場 食早餐, 商場 入面都好多間 食店有做早餐, 喺商場行咗個圈最後揀咗譚仔雲南米線, 店內 乾淨企理 側邊有卡位 , 中間枱櫈 坐得唔係咁舒服, 最後我轉咗去卡位坐😅,可 能商場食肆競爭大我見入面都唔係咁多人, 但係佢嘅價錢相對比其他店舖平。我叫咗個 最簡單嘅 早餐A, 牛油多士 炒雙蛋 火腿通粉, 炒蛋 我覺得炒得比較熟晤夠滑, 多士 如果 烘得耐啲會更好食, 我最欣賞係火腿通粉, 雖然火腿份量好細塊 ,但佢個湯底 好濃郁嘅雞湯味,正👍

作為常客,呢間譚仔基本上一星期都會幫襯一次。平時通常堂食,今日因為有嘢忙,改咗用手機落單外賣。落單同平日相若,都係爽米線,因為以往試過無自訂,米線上檯時係淋晒。另外叫咗小辣。返到屋企,一打開見到血紅色湯底,已心知不妙。成個紅海咁都叫少辣。更加驚喜嘅係爽米線係未煮熟嘅,極其量都係三成熟,真心條米線真係硬過我條命,差啲要搵側田坐陣。最終我要用蒸爐蒸咗兩次5鐘先叫做有七成熟Conclusion, 唔知今次係咪時運低還是不宜外賣,希望下次再幫襯會順順利利。希望今次只是個別事件

好日都唔食一次譚仔,但係見佢新出左下午茶好抵食, $60唔使可以食晒三款雞翼,梗係試一試~.連姐姐都話我識食,叫晒三款雞翼。平時啲雞翼咁貴,呢個下午茶餐可以滿足晒咁多個願望😋.如果淨係可以叫一款,我每次都係叫土匪雞翼,一如以往都係好香好好食。相對來講香草雞翼就比較普通,如果散叫我就應該未必會再叫。反而麻辣雞翼有啲驚喜,因為味道真係麻辣而唔係普通啲死辣。平心而論,呢三款雞翼都好好食,因為唔乾身仲有少少汁水。.至於米線方面,就真係冇平時咁大碗,但係對於我呢啲本身食得唔多嘅人嚟講已經非常足夠,不過男士們可能就會覺得有啲少。但係以呢個價錢嚟講跟埋三餸,仲有嘢飲包埋,已經冇咩可以挑剔。呢個下午茶簡直係譚仔今年嘅最佳之作!只係個Menu就有啲難睇啦,要諗諗佢😀

譚仔出了新的下午茶餐,但睇個menu真係好難睇得明,但店員說如果想食雞翼,就一定抵。於是點了雙併加四隻雞翼,另外想食豬潤,所以另外選了三餸米線,米線爽口,豬潤,牛肉同豆卜都煮得好好,雞翼外脆內嫩, 好味,食得很飽,很滿足。

今朝情緒有啲Blue,所以行云幾間食早餐既鋪頭(美心mx/意樂/譚仔/廚坊/海富等等@大角嘴海富商場)想搵啲新鮮感過一個Happy Friday,千挑萬選都係想食啲好耐無食嘅嘢,於是最後揀咗N年無食過既譚仔雲南米線。店舖裏面都有啲客人,卒之揀左個近廚房既單人枱坐低。熱情有禮既譚仔姐姐即刻走嚟幫手落單,亦細心解釋同介紹番可以order豬潤同公仔麵組合既餐俾我。最後我order左個鮮牛肉豬潤出前一丁餐連熱好立克。熱好立克先上,味道可以-唔太甜。後上嘅係鮮牛肉豬膶出前一丁。未開動就駭然發現,碗邊竟然黐住左兩小條疑似乾左既芽菜葉,乾到要用手指甲刮幾刮先甩。(見圖)説時遲那時快,嗰個眼利嘅譚仔姐姐見狀,即刻1秒1就走近我身邊同我講:「哦!呢啲係菜嚟㗎唧」。。。吓!菜嚟㗎唧!我order嘅係鮮牛肉豬膶出前一丁喎,點會有遇上芽菜葉既機會先。。。於是最後決定先將用手指甲刮落嚟既芽菜葉「放置」喺張單據上面以作紀錄。(見圖)本住換左可能會加料既「小人心理」下,最後都係食曬成碗鮮牛肉豬膶出前一丁。鮮牛肉碎上有少少韌,份量唔多亦唔大塊。豬膶始終係hot item,味道可以亦唔會太差嘅。食完成碗麵都無任何菜類出現過,咁即係話。。。係上手客人用碗上面啲芽菜漬無洗乾淨就攞嚟用囉(尤其係個譚仔姐姐嗰句:「哦!呢啲係菜嚟㗎唧」)嘩!嘩!嘩!雖然譚仔姐姐服務誠懇熱情有禮,但因為衛生情況真係巧一般。。。所以應該都唔會有下次lu!☹️☹️☹️
