To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

口淡淡,好想食吓雲南的傳統美食,今日就嚟咗譚仔打卡,佢哋以米線為主料,搭配各式新鮮食材和濃郁的湯底,真係好正🙌🏻[食後感]📝1. 🥢過橋米線✅湯底味道醇厚,真係感到滿足。✅米線滑嫩,入嘴的時候有一種特別的韌性,搭配湯底非常美味。✅新鮮的芽菜、肉類和丸類能增添多樣的風味,讓整體的口感更加豐富。2. 🥢紅油木耳✅黑木耳的脆嫩口感回味無窮,咀嚼時發出清脆的聲音,十分爽口。✅紅油的香辣味道深入木耳的每一寸,與醋和蒜的搭配,讓整道菜的風味層次分明,既有辣味又有酸味,刺激味蕾。✅紅油的鮮豔色澤和黑木耳的深色形成對比,食慾大增,視覺上也十分享受。

自從之前食過譚仔嘅撈米線之後一直念念不忘,好想佢快啲再有返!今次終於等到啦🤤蒜椒雞腳筋 $26之前一直冇試過呢個小食,原來仲有啲雲耳做伴菜,好入味!雞腳筋好有咬口,好似食緊雞軟骨咁!炸醬烤雞撈寛麵 +豬潤 10小辣 $54好足料,成5舊炸雞喺個碗到!一直未試過佢嘅寬麵,所以今次就叫咗嚟食下!口感幾特別,不過個人覺得撈米線會夾啲,感覺米線會同啲炸醬融合得好啲~

今日放工之後好肚餓,肚餓到連下午茶都要食譚仔,叫咗個雞肉牛肉雙拼嘅米線。牛肉同雞肉都老左小小,呢間嘅配菜唔算好多。有時候食麵唔夠飽,都可以用配菜幫幫手,所以我覺得都係睇下師傅點😛,不過好在係下午茶啫。。不過勝左唔算太多人。。。一入去就有位。。快快食飽左又等晚餐了。
