泡椒酸菜魚湯底,加入了泡椒、指天椒及青剁椒熬製,再配上酸菜。店員介紹此湯底是相當於麻辣的五小辣,湯底味道豐富,加了泡椒的湯底辣度更勝平日的五小辣😋夾起米線的一刻,立馬聞到了幾種材料混成的辛麻香辣,味道濃郁,辣得過癮,令人鼻水直流🥲

凍豆花黑糖薑母茶
茶面層舖滿白白滑滑的豆花☺️底下就是薑味十足的黑糖薑母茶,甜度適中,十分養生🤩

菠蘿冰🍍
若然需要解辣就必點菠蘿冰🍍,酸微微的,上層有不少粒粒菠蘿果肉,份量超多又大粒又甜,可以慢慢吃😋雖然忘了要少甜,但不太喜甜的我也覺得甜度剛剛好☺️

川風香辣黑柏葉
譚仔貼心地把黑柏葉切成細條,方便咀嚼,配上少許辛辣口感相當開胃,不會像酒樓點心般味道單寡😛

環境設計有驚喜,新品味道亦相當不錯,很欣賞譚仔即使是一間米線店,亦會與時並進,不停去創新👍🏻

我放工後直去尖沙咀海港城跟老公買少少野有啲肚餓就見到原來譚仔有係港威開新店決定快快趣六點前完膳泡椒酸菜魚五小辣起跳,天氣凍令我不停挑戰辣度,三椒令我辣得過癮,身體很誠實,食完很暖,嘴有麻感,脆肉鯇魚片肉質爽脆,如果厚多少少仲好,甚有口感,五小辣加上酸菜,很惹味。店內限定的香茜皮蛋脆肉鯇,魚湯清甜,加上足料香茜,岩曬重口味人士 。松花皮蛋很香,加上配料滷水豬大腸,肥甘香到不得了。小菜叫個巴蜀爽脆生腸,冰涼冷盤刺激味蕾,生腸份量唔少,秘制辣汁很惹味,食落真係爽口。食完辣野,叫返杯特飲。凍豆花黑糖薑母茶係要啜黎飲,很過癮。豆花很滑,黑糖薑母補身,飲到薑絲,夠曬薑。菠蘿冰酸酸甜甜,仲有大粒菠蘿很清新。
