To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔餐食乜好，諗唔到啦，就去食譚仔雲南米線啦。譚仔雲南米線嘅午餐都係食嗰啲嘢，今日我食咗一碗米線，米線係麻辣米線，揀咗二小辣，仲叫咗兩個餸，包括有雞肉，同埋牛丸，雞肉就成日食，配合埋小食嘅辣汁非常好食，而牛丸就好少食，今次一試，的確係唔錯。牛丸嘅感覺有啲似國內嘅火鍋品牌嘅牛丸，都係多汁好味。小食方面，又叫咗個麻辣豬耳，豬耳嘅麻辣汁真係非常好食。無論係配合埋雞肉定係牛丸，都係非常之正，very good。

不嬲黎譚仔都係叫開魚腐清湯米線，無諗過咁都中伏！魚腐黎到個陣比平時食既特別細舊！食落仲唔同味！就係有陣怪味！間舖又好耐先有人黎執枱，衞生唔太好！唔會再黎呢間譚仔到食！

突然想食米線，就諗起譚仔，今次用戶戶送嗌外賣，買滿$150就有7折。叫左個3餸米線套餐（$75）3餸米線，小食再加飲品，冷熱飲品都唔使加錢。叫左魚片頭、牛肉、酸菜米線，魚片頭同牛肉各4塊，牛肉就少左D囉！竟然冇得揀腩肉小食揀左紅油青瓜，好大碟，偏酸微辣，都係比較鍾意三哥既麻辣青瓜多D。試左個香烤豬大腸（$32）有D酸菜係底，吸晒D豬腸味。有少少香料味，另配上椒鹽，味道普通，冇乜特別。折完應該同堂食差唔多錢，勝在有人送埋去你屋企。
