To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先,人蔘雞濃郁醇厚,湯頭鮮美,配搭上肉質鮮嫩多汁嘅雞肉,令整道菜散發人蔘香氣,煲得非常入味。至於鵪鶉蛋米線,米線爽滑,配搭上脆口鵪鶉蛋及鮮美湯頭,口感層次分明。每一種食材都能彰顯其優質品質。兩道菜都能滿足愛好養生食材嘅客人。價錢相宜,而且分量十足,係心水之選!

連鎖米線店久不久又會推出新食譜,今日來到就試呢款港式牛脷,釀豆腐,歐式百里香米線。湯底係胡椒鲜番茄。叫店員下單,問我辣度要多少,我要求盡量少辣,她說要BB辣就可以了,待客態度不錯。米線上檯,正常份量,牛脷有五片,顏色像午餐肉,厚度適中,容易咀嚼。 釀豆腐两件,厚切,雖然充滿鱼肉餡,但不腥。湯底茄味濃,見到粒粒鲜蕃茄,湯内可見一小撮百里香,散發幽香,不過自己覺得湯底鹹少少,辣度可接受。吃米線之餘又要了杯黑糖寒天苦瓜茶。杯面放了一圈苦瓜,杯底有寒天,入口軟軟糯糯。可能米線鹹,喝這凍飲就覺得很順喉,甜甜的口感令人感覺舒暢。

事源今日無啦啦去油麻地上堂,放中午飯諗住得一個人食中午 簡單啲食個麵 點知可能人手稍為不足? 仲慢左目測待應同廚房 各有3-4人 但應付不了20-30人落單執台出聲整體都慢半拍。叫左個 豬潤 雞肉 酸辣 , 米線硬 又有豬膶刺身格硬食幾啖冇乜胃口了, 啖啖都鮮紅, 五成熟一啲都唔怕韌🙃 坐左係張18J, 係廚房對出 啲人出餐係咁貪快係你背脊 格硬撞,兩張枱坐左人已經冇位比佢過都仲要格硬過。 66蚊 埋單成個過程係貼錢買難受 完全唔建議去食

小女同四位朋友嚟到 貴店打算食個lunch,坐咗大約15mins,發現現場祇有2-3個waiters。原本我哋係預留咗大約50分鐘食lunch,結果佢哋一時叫我哋download app嚟落單,一時話俾幾張單我哋scan qr cord落單,我哋其中一位download完app之後仲要log in,導致浪費咗將近10分鐘嘅時間。最終我哋選擇手動落單,叫到一半幫我哋落單嘅店員話hang機,導致我哋坐咗差唔多20分鐘先嗌到單。坐咗接近半個鐘,我哋嘅嘢食終於嚟到,而其中一位嘅面條根本未熟,硬到差啲哽親…雖然本人明白以上行為並非 貴店直接造成,但如果 貴公司合理分配員工崗位並提升落單裝置,以上事情大概不會發生…~四位被時間追趕的學生
