晚餐18:56入座叫咗鹵水鵝片,鹵水拼盤四拼及韮菜豬紅,點菜到上菜及進餐時間還未夠一個鐘,剛剛食完最後一件放低筷子,即刻放低張單示意我們埋單及趕我們走,我覺得服務非常差,還未消化完就趕顧客離開,而今次所點的鹵水菜式,鹵水汁料完全沒有鹵水味,非常失望!以後都唔會幫襯,中伏!!!

好幾年沒來油塘打冷既然在油塘上完課,今次晚飯就決定去打冷!雖然未至於滿座,但都見有不少街坊客來晚飯~打冷必不可少的是鹵水拼盤另外點了方魚肉碎粥﹑韮菜豬紅及蝦醬通菜炒鮮魷鹵水拼盤,$88四拼選了大腸﹑生腸﹑墨魚和鵝腎,還有些芽菜墊底,配酸辣汁生腸和墨魚都爽脆,大腸乾淨不會羶,鵝腎香又爽口!但醬汁偏鹹,要醮不少酸辣汁來減淡那單調的鹹味在旺角吃過價格差不多的鹵水拼盤後,有點不太適應這種屋邨風味~韮菜豬紅,份量夠多豬紅軟滑入味不易散~調味恰好,不過鹹!方魚肉碎粥,加入了冬菜和芹菜,夠晒潮州風味加入了方魚乾,粥帶點鹹香味粥的味道都算OK!潮州粥不像廣東粥的綿,米粒仍存有米芯,不會煲至開花,但都夠飽肚~~蝦醬通菜炒鮮魷,鮮魷爽口不會炒得過韌蝦醬味香而不鹹通菜爽脆嫩綠只是略略油膩一點!整體的食物質素來說都算合格不難吃的~但打冷會想吃好味的鹵水拼盤呢!

The waitress was extremely nice, thinking that we weren’t familiar with the eating style, she helped me clean the bowls and brought out forks and spoons.

After we placed our order(just picked what most the locals were eating), it took about 5 minutes.

Salt and pepper squid: Chewy, but loaded with panko topping. The dish was good, nothing special, but it was a nice appetizer when dipped in the sweet soy sauce.

White fish in creamy corn sauce: The fish was cooked to absolute perfection. The creamy corn sauce was very bland. Honestly if it would had just been the white fish it would have been a lot better, but the creamy corn sauce really brought down the flavor of the dish.

Oyster pancake: This is where it gets amazing. Hands down the best oyster pancake I’ve ever had. Light, crunchy, salty, sweet, meaty oysters, loaded with herbs...just a phenomenal dish. The fish sauce and sugar dipping sauce that goes with it is absolutely perfect and I would order this again in a heartbeat! My mouth is already watering!

The beer is cheap too which is nice, great service, and if you order the right things really good food.

Overall: 8.1/10

晚上臨時決定跟家人外出用膳,貪就腳,就選了這間從未試過的打冷店。當日是星期六晚,才七時多已坐至八成滿,連舖外門口路邊也是。我們四人點了胡椒豬肚湯(中),鳳爪拼豬手,啫啫通菜煲,蠔餅和方魚肉碎粥。胡椒豬肚湯(中):分了大中小的份量,店員稱四人就喝中的。可惜胡椒下太多,辣至我喝了半碗就放棄,豬肚呀鹹酸菜呀等等反而不錯,所以最後只吃剩湯就放棄。鳳爪拼豬手:鳳爪非常入味腍身,是整晚最滿意的;豬手反而相反,不入味又太硬,毛也處理得不夠乾淨。啫啫通菜煲:新鮮爽甜,味道不俗。蠔餅:大過我塊面,炸的十分香口,可惜蠔的份量不多,大部分是粉漿。方魚肉碎粥:味道普通,不過不失。店員勤快,上菜速度剛好。每款食物平均只是50多元(除海鮮外),屬平價抵食之選。

胡椒豬肚湯
(中):分了大中小的份量,店員稱四人就喝中的。可惜胡椒下太多,辣至我喝了半碗就放棄,豬肚呀鹹酸菜呀等等反而不錯,所以最後只吃剩湯就放棄。

之後介紹這個店家所謂什麼都有的滷水拼盤,雖然說是什麼都有,不過見到沒有鵝膶,那刻真的有點失望,不過其實就算外邊的潮州店也如是,要吃鵝膶,要麼就淨點,要麼就來個鵝什吧,說回這個拼盤,有鵝腸、豬腸、紅腸、豬耳、腩肉、豆腐及一點豆芽墊底,材料其實都算不錯的了,不知味道又如何。

鵝腸爽滑彈牙,不過店家真的是洗得它太乾淨了吧,吃起來沒有鵝脂的香味,幸而個鹵水汁夠油香,補救了這一點;豬腸也跟鵝膠有着相同的情形,所以吃起來沒有了那份油脂的滿足感;紅腸肉質不會太爛,腸衣不會太韌。

豬耳爽脆布咬口,跟腩肉同樣的夠入味,腩肉一大層脂肪的,但吃入口只有香而不會膩,相信是經過鹵水浸泡,煮得久而久之,迫了當中的油份出來,使得個鹵水汁就夠油香,腩入就如此甘香不膩;豆腐及豆芽作為墊底之物也絕不失禮,前者挺嫩而後者爽口無渣,加上有了好的鹵水汁,就什麼都事半功倍了。
黃金蝦炸得不太透,面層上的蛋黃也不足

此店的餸菜上得非常之快,二話不說,已經是再來第三道的黃金蝦,不知是否就是來得太急,這個黃金蝦炸得不太透,入口雖依然夠脆口,但就未能讓人將所有的殼都吃得入口,走油的過程不夠勁,而面層上的蛋黃也不足,幸而蝦肉未算霉腍,這可能已經是走運了吧。

蠔仔餅真的很夠脆,因為粉漿勁多,可是蛋香味又不足,蠔仔又太少太削,幸而至少炸得不太油膩,而且夠香口,蘸點得個鹹字的魚露吃,就當是吃薯條好了,這道菜絕對是水準以下。

栗米斑塊完全被粟米汁所覆蓋,吃入口感覺斑塊炸得不夠透,而魚肉不太實是意料中事,不過以這個價位來說,不霉散已經很不錯,加上另一抵讚的是,店家的粟米汁扣得不太漿糊,加了點蛋花及大量的粟米粒,入口就又有蛋香又有粟米香,假如用來下飯也不錯。

真的慶幸有朋友跟我一起吃鱔,這個枝竹火腩大鱔煲,真的可算幾抵食,除了大量的枝竹及火腩之外,都算挺多大鱔的,加上洋蔥及蒜一起去爆,入口熱辣味美,燒肉肉質還帶彈性,枝竹掛上茨汁就更是美味,稍嫌的是店家的鱔件太幼,吃起來肉不夠厚,不過總算都是幼嫩入味,而且一點泥腥味也沒有,在成本上漲的年代,這真的是非戰之罪。

魚香茄子煲就真的很夠熱,煲菜夠熱在冬日吃,就幾時都會不錯,這茄子煲屬於醬身版而不是油底的,雖鹹魚味等於零,但混入了豆板、辣椒及醬油等推出來的肉醬茨,加了點大蒜提味,吃起來都不錯的,加上煮得軟爛的茄子肉,用來下飯真的又一流。

一整窩的蠔仔粥也真的挺大,跟蠔仔餅相反,此蠔仔粥內有非常之多蠔仔,還要是粒粒大隻,兼沒沙帶蠔香,湯夠肉味而帶芫茜香,但又不會搶去了蠔鮮,加上蔥花及冬菜,吃起來香口鹹鮮,粥水清而味道夠濃,米粒有咬口,可說是全餐最為滿意的一道。

同場加映友人在法國帶回來的啤酒,十幾個巴仙的酒精濃度,不過入口又不會很苦,但啤酒花味不低,可能那陣麥甜真的很強吧,吃着潮州菜喝法國啤,真的是非常之有趣。

八個人的一頓晚飯,每人只是五十四元,平平地可以跟讀書時代的朋友一聚,實在是一件快事,希望大家情永在,繼續有更多的飯局。
