2個人其實食打邊爐食唔到好多野,不過真係事關英國點會有得食打邊爐呀,表妹既然英國返來,就去食啦。點了蕃茄+魚湯湯底,個魚湯本人覺得無咩特別,可能係個人喜好問題;另個蕃茄湯底只用茄糕(食得出加左味精,精製而成)同一小舊蕃茄,唔真材實料。食物尚算新鮮,不過無咩特別驚喜;本人認為如果食肆的肥牛質素高,其他食物都唔會差得太遠,而譚魚頭的肥牛,可以啦,但唔夠滑,其他食物都係一般,無朋友仔講得咁好味。值得一提,個酸梅湯酸甜適中,味道討好,可能因為打邊爐熱熱地,飲酸酸甜甜的凍野特別爽。是次2個人食左四百幾,以呢個價錢,我情願選擇稻香同有骨氣。如果大家都鍾意食打邊爐,又去開台灣的話,大家可以試下西門町附近,一間叫做天外天的自助式火店,每人港幣60多,麻辣湯底勁好味,仲要有生果同雪條任食,我上次去台灣留4晚,食左天外天2晚!

值得一提,個酸梅湯酸甜適中,味道討好,可能因為打邊爐熱熱地,飲酸酸甜甜的凍野特別爽。
是次2個人食左四百幾,以呢個價錢,我情願選擇稻香同有骨氣。
如果大家都鍾意食打邊爐,又去開台灣的話,大家可以試下西門町附近,一間叫做天外天的自助式火店,每人港幣60多,麻辣湯底勁好味,仲要有生果同雪條任食,我上次去台灣留4晚,食左天外天2晚!

Want to use the $50 coupon. When calling there book the table they said can use! And then when pay the bill the vice manager said can't use!!! And the price there are unreasonabily high $1075 for 4 persons after 10% credit card discount!!!! $275 per person for this quality of hot pot!!! My advice here is, don't go to this resturant

去過呢間野兩次, 鍋底同食物既選擇都好多, 但服務態度始終都係極度需要改善, 例如係要睇多o的劉華既"誠懇同專業"既態度待客人既片段, 又或者上一o的再培訓課程, o的傳菜成鬼日打爛野, 侍應又經常性睇唔度野, 又或者當自己係新黎既, 乜都睇唔度同乜都唔知, 先最頂癮......若然只係為食野, 而唔睇服務既話, 呢間都可推介

天氣凍, 同老婆外母去打邊爐, 我地食七點, 所以比較貴, 要七百蚊落樓, 九點後有特價.食物合格, 賣相亦唔差, 見呢度好多朋友都寫個蕃茄湯底好味, 於是叫左一邊蕃茄, 一邊海鮮, 蕃茄實在好惹味, 但令到清清淡淡既海鮮湯失晒色, 記住唔好咁叫喇.招呼都係麻麻, 雖然我相信已經改善過(相比之前網友既評語), 但都係唔夠好, 仲可以改善一下.最後埋單用左半個鐘頭, 實在太慢了, 好在我地唔趕時間, 相信佢地應該加多d人手, 或者可以改善一下服務質素.記得用中銀咭, 有九折.

初頭睇到咁多差0既評語都有d驚,但都想試一試。先講服務,都算好好。我0地有3個人,初頭俾張摺桌,跟住我0地見到隔離卡位有客走,要求轉桌都可以。講食物啦~ 番茄湯底都係名不虛傳,濃烈的番茄,好開胃,食極都唔覺飽。我0地叫0左西洋菜、波菜、粟米、水晶奶黃包(推介!!!)、四寶丸、肥牛(好靚!!)、雞片、擔擔麵、竹笙同埋好似叫蟹膏丸。最鍾意一路食0野一路飲湯~~

聽聞譚魚頭的魚湯湯底很不錯,之前也有同事朋友吃過,都勁推介魚頭是必吃的,但我們並沒有點魚頭,只點了魚湯及鮮茄鴛鴦湯底,食材方面我們點了:帶子餃拼魚皮餃、鱔片拼桂花蚌、美國肥牛肉、滑雞片、炸支竹、牛柏葉、生菜及油墨菜,每碟的份量很足夠也很新鮮,我們三個人都吃得飽飽。湯底也很鮮甜特別,連Refill的也是魚湯及茄湯,不是加滾水的呢!而最特別的是不用點醬油吃,酒樓預備了一碗盛有香蒜/菜莆/香茜/黃豆及少許辣醬等佐料,只需加入少許熱湯便可用來伴著吃,就算我不太吃芫茜的也覺得很香。但侍應服務一般,反應有點慢,我更見一女侍應常常跟同事傾偈嬉戲,感覺很不尊重客人。

今次搵埋女友媽咪一齊,三個人行完銅鑼灣及旺角shopping,九點前去拎飛預定九點後特價時段火鍋。九點我三人行完返到去,等幾分鐘就有位,期間見九點釉特價時段根本都唔駛點等位,入座後亦發覺成間店舖都坐唔滿客,感覺竟然旺角區晚飯特價時段都咁小人,一定係有問題!? 入座後即點鴛鴦湯底,麻辣魚頭湯及蕃茄湯底,點兩個魚頭好似約二三十元一個,但只係一個好細三份一魚頭部分,感覺都幾貴下。其他點肥牛肉、黃喉片、鮮枝竹、四寶丸、皇帝菜、白蘿蔔、白菜餃及豬粉腸。感覺湯底味道唔錯,但蕃茄湯底完全冇材料,只係用茄膏及茄汁開成。而其他食物都ok,只係豬粉腸有部份好苦。另叫一酌酸梅湯飲,感覺甜多過酸,味道唔及涼茶鋪好味。埋單四佰元找數元,因侍應服務態度較冷淡及久殷勤,所以覺得咁價錢唔係好值~

個次本來去稻香, 不過勁多人, 係朋友介紹之下去左呢間~食物都有幾多選擇, 都OK新鮮, 不過價錢同任點任食個D都爭幾遠, 個次我地8個人去, 無叫啤酒, 仲要10點幾睇完戲先去, 都係位位百幾蚊, 仲係食唔飽....環境幾好, 一d都唔迫~但D服務仲差爆, 叫十樣野, 得3, 4樣到, 一係就來完又來, 都唔知D人點落單, 問我地要咩湯底, 我地落完又問, 起碼問左3次, 話佢又黑面, 比面色我地睇~最憎D服務態度咁差既食市!!!下次唔駛止意我再去~

尋晚去吃如此出名的“譚魚頭”,睇到佢張貼到周圍都係寫住“野生菌皇鍋”既傳單,咁我咪點囉,因為我以為佢咁出名應該唔會呃人,點知,端上來的是一大盤味精湯,裡面放了兩三條金針菇、銀針菇、平菇、幾塊超薄火腿腸。我問經理:“呢d叫野生菌?你話我知呢度幾種菇邊種係野生既?”經理說:“金菇、平菇呢d囉。”我:“你以為我唔識?呢d你話佢係野生?”經理說:“er.....佢d湯係用野生菌熬出來既。”我:“得啦得啦,你唔好再講,我以後唔會再來。”最後我埋單個陣大大聲講:“我一蚊tips都唔比,梗係唔比啦,比鍋味精湯話係野生菌皇都得咩?”垃圾!!
