平安夜無訂枱食昂貴聖誕大餐,家常便飯一頓更窩心平時亦有到青衣稻香晚膳,小菜打邊爐都不錯。唔知係咪平安夜關係,人流少左二人點左龍躉兩味 (炒蜜糖豆及燜茄子)及燒鵝(例),白飯一個。龍躉球炒蜜糖豆啖啖肉頭腩燜茄子很惹味,不過嫌太油膩燒鵝不太肥,太耐無食所以喇不停口二人晚餐簡單便好。

今天中午12:30左右,與老師同學一起訂枱食晏,以為可以快啲。点知好多顧客,服務生也沒什麼心思理我們,讓我們等了一会(其實沒什麼),但服務生在叫我們自己進去找大枱座時,態度一般般所以服務:3食物不算很特色,也沒什麼特別好吃的。在眾多普通茶楼也見到点心,之中只有炸魷魚鬚、奶黃包、乾炒牛河比较好吃。炸魷魚鬚好在粘的炸粉算多,所以炸完之後只有薄薄的一層,咬的時候很酥脆。奶黃包的外香,內的奶黃也不会过份油膩。乾炒牛河就偏油,但鍋气十足,很香,材料也很足,每人一点点刚刚好填飽肚子,又好吃因此味道:4環境:4除了門口接待處位置堆滿了人店舖內有太少空間走動,連走廊都是擁擠的不過裝修得還是很漂亮的,很有藝術的感覺、實用性也算較高。在我们所坐的位置、所上的菜,是符合卫生条件的,我不觉得有差的地方卫生:5抵食:3綜合上述所說,我相信青衣有更加多好吃的店鋪,不一定要來稻香(尤其是午餐)。

慶祝家人食生日飯,咁岩踩正母親節正日。之前已經book左位,但都叫左人去拎位先。佢地有位坐住先,之後我地都到。諗住入去,但一入門口就比知客同侍應截住叫我地等位,我地答佢已有人已拎位坐左入去,佢地答唔可以入去,我地就唔明,同佢地理論,佢地點都唔肯比我地入,最後我地冇理佢就入左去坐低。我地真係好唔明,明明有人已拎位都唔比我地入,真係唔知佢地當時諗緊咩!!之後我地獨自叫左食物~D野食都好食同新鮮。食淨左帶埋返屋企再食~幸好家人都尚算滿意,如果唔係真係激死~食物OK,但服務真係好唔掂~

糟糕的一餐晚飯男友在青衣城上班, 我們要試完全青衣城的食肆為止. 昨晚在  稻香吃. 可能近母親節關係, 什麼特價小菜都沒有.點了沙薑雞, 不夠味. 例湯粉葛豬骨湯, 味道不錯, 赤小豆和粉葛味很重亦濃. 最後是蒜茸蕃薯苗, 味道很好, 亦不油, 菜很嫩, 可吃了不久, 發現有一條體毛, 算吧, 沒理會, 可再夾一下…又是另外一條.馬上找侍應….對方馬上把出事的蕃薯苗收走, 並送糖水兩個. 整頓飯變得完全失色及失望.

中秋節小孩不用返學,同家人去飲早茶!一向對此不抱有服務的希望,有人開茶入單就算,但今日入座後就冇人理,冇餐具,冇茶至少五分鐘,自己行去問茶攞餐具,揀好食物入單,個得一個侍應,忙就等吓啦,五分鐘後再望,又同一人一張枱冇離開過,同茶客傾談,咁應該唔忙就示意入單啦,視而不見,門口知客帶枱又唔見,十多分鐘廿分鐘冇人理是否走得或不用茶芥加一之類,要自己去入單?對之間稻香仝人說聲辛苦啦節日要返工!揾人入單到收銀處見到經理先生,才有五六個侍應之後出來工作!辛苦各位了!

上星期放假同左屋企人去左青衣城稻香飲茶,只能夠說一句,大野連鎖品牌,無論係商店定係食肆,九成八都係冇好野。 飲茶都係不外乎果幾樣野架喇,叫左D糯米雞、牛腩蘿白、蘿白糕、豬潤粥同埋個蒸餃子咁。唯一可以話係做得比較正常小小既就只有個雞粥同埋糯米雞,雞粥D雞唔太差但無咩味,隻糯米雞D料都算幾足,不過就有小小唔夠熱。 至於其他野食只可以用垃圾兩個字去形容,首先個牛腩蘿白整得好肥膩之餘又唔入味,只係食得出D肥油味。蘿白糕一D都唔香口,而且太粉,食落口就好似擺左一PAT唔知咩落口咁好奇怪。個餃子就更加唔洗講,個餃子貨源同你係百佳買果D質素差唔多,個皮厚過D韓星個妝都算,個餡又乾又冇味,而且同個皮完全分開,感覺就好似食緊兩樣野咁。講真,呢間野我真係唔想有下一次,不過如果要同屋企人飲茶都係冇法子架喇。

個餃子就更加唔洗講,個餃子貨源同你係百佳買果D質素差唔多,個皮厚過D韓星個妝都算,個餡又乾又冇味,而且同個皮完全分開,感覺就好似食緊兩樣野咁。

本來,為了一個飯盒而寫這樣多字實在有點多餘,但是又覺得應該和經常一個人賣外賣回家的朋友分享一下。最近工作比較繁忙,晚上總是會買一個飯盒回家,隨便吃了再開車。所以,附近有外賣供應的店舖也算全部試過了。最值得推介的,竟然會是稻香。一盒雙拼飯加一礶汽水,只要$34。當然,說不上什麼人間美食,但絕非不能入口之物。對於一個只為充飢的人來說,更可以看得出份量絕不含糊,一定吃得飽。相比之下,某些連鎖式快餐店動不動要$50才有一盒飯加一杯凍飲。實在化算得多。唯一不足,是所用醬汁味道不及很多正宗燒味店的自家出品。總結來說,只為方便和充飢,稻香燒味飯絕對合格。

今天完了在大澳的Training,便隨即乘車到青衣與同事吃了頓team dinner,選了稻香的皇席宴,性價比頗高,星期一至四$1,488元全包、星期五$1,688元、星期六日及公眾假期$1,988元。這次只緝錄了部份菜式。翡翠珊瑚元貝: 顏色豐富,為一般酒席的例牌菜式,可是我每次也覺得這些配料沒有很搭配,唯各有各的味道而已。珊瑚蚌爽口彈牙;元貝鮮甜爽嫩;而其他配料味道正常,並無不妥。酥炸廣島蠔: 新鮮炸起相當香口,蠔沒有腥味,但也沒有蠔香,只屬一般般的水平。竹笙海皇丸子羹: 味道比一般酒席的翅為淡,用料一般,需加喼汁吊味,還可接受。蠔皇鮑菇扣筒膠: 用料看似高檔,但味道並無特別,與普通酒樓的鮑魚菇生菜味道無異。脆皮穗香雞: 就是普通的炸子雞,味道的確香口,可是雞皮也無可避免地相當油膩。雞肉不夠嫩滑,有點老掉。臘味糯米飯: 味道普通,完全沒有特別,不夠香口。填飽肚子是可以的,但吃到最後根本沒有想吃。
