To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週六去到青衣城睇戲,因為好耐冇飲過茶,所以都試下等位。12點零鐘,等位嘅人都幾多,叫位就以細枱、搭枱為主,最終我地等左半個鐘左右。因為喺門外已經畫定點心紙,入座就即時遞紙,點心唔會話要等好耐。畢竟都係連鎖茶樓,其實點心嘅質素應該都差唔多,不過唔知係肚餓定點,是日嘅點心冇平時嘅稻香咁差,大部分都可以接受。點左珍珠雞,裡面有一大舊肥豬膏,怕太肥膩所以就夾開冇食。燒賣油份較重,不過大蝦都幾爽口。牛肉球4大粒唔貴,奶黃卷鬆軟,曾經都買過佢地嘅現成包、卷番屋企自己蒸,平平地幾好食。蝦餃皮都唔會好厚,蝦肉爽口。腸粉曳啲,一夾就散哂,叉燒質素一般。菠蘿包都合格,酥脆包皮,因為加熱左,食落唔硬。去酒樓唔少得要點幾款炸物,炸魷魚鬚雖然貴少少,但起碼係即炸,都幾脆。鹹水角都係正正常常。第一次飲呢度嘅稻香,又係週六,又坐左房入面,唔係好多呀姐招呼,傳菜姐姐唔收碟收籠,明白,咁總得有個人去做,張枱已經唔係大,放幾個點心,都逼爆。by the way,枱布唔知咩問題,好大布碎粒,我地著黑色衫嘅朋友都瀨哂野,hi到件衫一粒粒白色點。
