(新薯、 麻辣脆脆、 四川臘腸、 辣椒蛋黃醬、 芫茜) 賣相睇落好似麻辣肉丸🤣 真係估佢唔到薯仔沙律竟然會加上麻辣醬仲要加上臘腸, 味道亦都估佢唔會到竟然出奇地夾👍🏻整體來說麻辣味道適中, 加上臘腸本身已帶微辣配上薯仔一齊食既清新又可以刺激味蕾令人好開胃。

份量足又大隻的雞翼外脆內嫩真係好適合佐酒, 就算唔飲酒的朋友都要試下雞翼, 因為其腐乳醬相當特別市面好少會食到, 調味方面做得不錯唔算好咸, 沾上雞翼一齊食令味道更有層次。

🍔開心樂魚堡
足料大大塊魚柳的漢堡包真心推介, 魚柳炸粉完全唔厚, 反而係塊魚柳又長又厚肉, 魚的味道都幾鮮完全唔似雪藏魚的感覺, 再配上他他醬一齊食可以解膩👍🏻。

🍝白布磨菇意
(舞茸、 冬菇、 磨菇、 牛肝菌松露忌廉汁、 香芹)菇全部都係菇的意粉😆先唔講味道只睇佢份量已經知佢有料又足料啦! 聞落仲好香菇味, 第一啖已食到啖啖菇肉和伴隨香濃的忌廉味, 麵質方面唔會太“林”處理得相當不錯。

星期一晚收工食飯時間黎到已經好旺場,因為唔單止啤酒正,嘢食嘅質素都好高!依到手工啤酒好正,仲成日會有唔同嘅款式!店員都好詳細介紹每款嘅特色首先揀咗鹹檸啤0.4L($76),加左鹹青檸,入口酸酸地幾開胃,唔鍾意太苦嘅人啱晒另外就試左old blood 0.4L($82),釀造過程以慕尼黑黑麥芽為主,所以比較深色,入口厚身,味道都唔係太苦,有麥芽香野食方面試左脆邊漢堡($108),係芝士牛堡,肉味香濃又夠汁另外叫咗個吐司雞($92),特別嘅配搭,係厚多士再加炸雞,好邪惡,但真係出奇地夾,加埋個麥芽糖漿,甜甜地嘅炸雞都幾好食最後叫咗個蒜蓉薯條( $78 ),份量都好多下,炸得香脆又唔多油,蒜粉嘅味道好香依間真係嘢食同啤酒都正!

身處旺角想飲手工啤酒第一時間一定諗起黑布街,印像中全盛時期呢度有唔止一間嘅手工啤酒餐廳,咁耐無嚟,今晚就過嚟爽皮一下。Iron godess tea,鐵觀音威士忌,呢隻鐵觀音威士忌由少爺出品,純香港製造,入口帶有威士忌嘅清香,後續有鐵觀音嘅餘韻,風味獨特。麻辣喵薯仔沙律,經典嘅薯仔沙律上面竟然有麻辣粒粒同埋四川臘腸,極富 fushion 嘅意味,臘腸嘅四川式風味送酒一流,新薯口感紮實,配合埋辣椒蛋黃醬,非常美妙。炸茜漢堡,愛茜嘅伴侶見到漢堡上面海量嘅芫茜即刻心心眼,佢唔單止係量多咁簡單,而且仲係炸過嘅添,漢堡肉選用咗本地屠宰嘅免治牛肉,食落非常 juicy,蒜蓉沙茶蛋黃醬混和豐富嘅牛味,無敵。黑布茄牛意,喺網上見到其他食友嘅相片已經令我躍躍欲試,牛肉呈肉粒而非一般肉醬狀,口感更加扎實,鯷魚嘅鹹鮮同埋黑蒜獨有嘅香氣令到整個食感更富層次,我選呢個為年度好意。
