已經幫襯過幾次,其實係幾好食,服務員態度都好好,只係價錢都幾貴。最鐘意都係年糕艾草包同埋Oreo白朱古力包。辣雞果個都好惹味,只係如果你唔食得辣就唔好試,因為都比想像中辣。咁多次放工6、7點黎都仲有得買,當然有d 款,尤其popular果d 有機會賣晒。

The shop has various loafs of bread on display ranging from $70 - $80. There is seating as well. Al items are labelled in English, Korean and Chinese. The staff was extremely pushy when I was browsing and only offered a sample when I looked like I was going to buy something. The sample they provided me was a sweet potato and coconut bread. It was super sweet and I couldn't taste the actual bread itself.


I decided to see what the hype was about and chose something. This is the Fresh Cream Cheese Marble bread. It cost a whopping $70! I know that organic ingredients are expensive but $70 for a cube!

It was a general small cube of bread. Very soft when I sliced into it but it didn't fall apart and held it's own.

There was a nice marbleization of cheese to bread. But smelling it, it wasn't too fragrant at all. It was very soft and fluffy. But it just tasted sweet. A little too sweet. I tried some of the cheese bits on it's own and that was even more sweet with not cheese taste at all.

It was ok. But for $70, definitely not value for money. I notice they had a lot of bread left as well. I guess a lot of people also thought the same. Try it once for curiosity but otherwise, no repeat purchase.

南瓜忌廉芝士方包 $78

兩款麵包都同樣非常鬆軟,個口感的確係勝過好多大型連鎖店嘅方包,而且味道亦都比較特別,仲要有好多餡料!

不過兩款之間我就比較鍾意南瓜忌廉芝士,佢啲南瓜係又甜又淋,配上去鹹鹹地嘅忌廉芝士,令到成件事更加creamy,真心超好味!

相反另一個艾草年糕就有少少太甜。其實佢嘅餡料係好特別,既有年糕之餘又有栗子紅豆青豆鷹嘴豆,成個配搭都幾新奇,佢仲將所有栗子同埋豆類都coated咗層甜甜地嘅嘢,所以食落去其實唔覺得自己食緊豆,就連我平時完全唔食栗子同埋青豆嘅人都覺得冇問題,但係就會甜咗啲啲。而且麵包帶有艾草味,未必個個都鍾意嗰浸少少中藥感覺嘅味。

之前上網見到介紹tardemah的麵包,見到已經好吸引,這間本身在韓國都好有名,好多人都會朝聖購買,竟然現在香港有了,這麽近,不能不去看看。在網上見到都已經不知選擇那款,何況在店舖看更難選擇,不過最終都是揀Pepperoni Gorgonzola Bread,店員的小提示是先用微波爐預熱1分鐘才食,但我不太能食用微波爐預熱的食物,放是用焗爐熱麵包。麵包外層有點脆口,口感鬆軟,材料充足,全個麵包都有香草味 ,食完我還記得麵包的味道,我本身不太鍾意食麵包,都會有下次再去購買的衝動。食完我都忍不住介紹給朋友購買,尤其是有小朋友的。

之前上網見到介紹tardemah的麵包,見到已經好吸引,這間本身在韓國都好有名,好多人都會朝聖購買,竟然現在香港有了,這麽近,不能不去看看。在網上見到都已經不知選擇那款,何況在店舖看更難選擇,不過最終都是揀Pepperoni Gorgonzola Bread,店員的小提示是先用微波爐預熱1分鐘才食,但我不太能食用微波爐預熱的食物,放是用焗爐熱麵包。麵包外層有點脆口,口感鬆軟,材料充足,全個麵包都有香草味
,食完我還記得麵包的味道,我本身不太鍾意食麵包,都會有下次再去購買的衝動
。食完我都忍不住介紹給朋友購買,尤其是有小朋友的。
