3串串燒即叫即燒,汁燒雞翼夠juicy,日式醬汁微甜。車厘茄豚肉串吃過多次,今次第一次試荔枝豚肉串,出奇地夾。荔枝多汁又甜,覺得比車厘茄更好味。下次燒烤也可跟這做法做串燒😁 芥末松阪豬的肉爽口,加了芥末,攻上頭,夠刺激。

之後個friend都揀咗幾樣串燒,有一隻甜甜地嘅芝士腐皮,我唔鍾意啲嘢食又咸又甜,所以麻麻哋; 豚肉荔枝不錯,但未算好友驚喜。全晚最出色嘅應該係串燒鰻魚,我唔係特別好鰻魚,今日冇特別好想食,但個friend食咗兩啖覺得我一定要試吓,我就食咗一啖,確實係非常好,燒熟嘅程度啱啱好,外面少少脆,但仍然保持到爽口,一咬落去鰻魚嘅油脂係滿佈成個口腔,非常之香。最重點係好多時啲鰻魚料理都會落咗勁多照燒汁喺上面,但佢哋落嘅份量係啱啱好,唔會太甜,但有提升到個味道,食完之後仲可以享受留咗喺口腔嘅魚香,所以鰻魚係今日嘅意外驚喜,推介大家一試。

另外,我哋其實仲叫咗蒜蓉帆立貝同埋壽喜燒,但對我哋嚟講一個太鹹,一個太甜,所以就唔特別推介俾大家啦。同埋有一點比較可惜嘅係餐廳淨係附送凍水,如果想飲茶係要落單一壺壺咁叫嘅,如果鍾意飲茶,但又唔想係咁落單嘅就要留意啦。

總括而言,以即興揀一間餐廳食晚飯來講,呢間算係幾高質嘅日本料理,推介俾大家。

同朋友出嚟食晚飯,搵到間樓上鋪既居酒屋,係尖沙咀流尚坊9樓。我地提早book係WhatsApp book 枱,餐廳幾好服務態度,會問問我地要唔要預留活魚刺身同象拔蚌。環境燈光昏暗,氣氛都幾好,但枱同枱之間無咩空間,比較狹窄有啲焗促感。食物種類繁多,有壽司,刺身,鍋物,串燒,價錢以尖沙咀嚟講都合理既。三文魚腩壽司$28大吞拿魚腩壽司$46油甘魚壽司$28深海池魚壽司$32免治雞肉棒(付月見)$48一串汁燒雞肉串$20一串鹽燒雞翼,蜜糖雞翼,香辣雞翼同汁燒雞翼都係$22有兩隻整體而言,價錢以尖沙咀居酒屋嚟講合理,味道正常,壽司刺身新鮮,串燒燒得好出燒,唔會太乾。
