- 龍蝦爽口彈牙,完全冇諗過係可以咁入味‼️個辣嘅程度應該有中上,係我鍾意嘅辣度☺️ 又係一個送酒一流嘅菜式😂😂 朋友食到面紅耳赤都要繼續食🤣🤣🤣


『隋王斬肉🥣』
- 慢煮肉丸配上香濃雞湯,肉丸比較軟身,呢個配搭真係第一次食,出面比較少有。


『清湯慢燉牛肋肉🥩』
- 食咗咁多重口味野,黎個清湯燉牛肋肉就岩岩好。好嫩好𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁嘅牛肋肉☺️ 食多啲都唔會膩🤤🤤

『蝦子蝦油蔥油撈麵🍜🦐』
- 食到依個菜式嘅時候,大家都已經十分十分之飽😂😂 但食咗第一啖之後,大家都即刻畢左一碗嚟🤣🤣🤣 呢個蔥油撈麵真係一啲都唔馬虎👍🏻 睇圖片就知佢超足料,大量蝦子蔥油。蝦油亦都好多,佢唔似出面嘅撈麵咁乾身,加咗蝦油成件事軟身啲又易食啲🤣 就算食到好飽,都會忍唔住食一碗😋


另外仲有花甲🐚、菜🥬、甜品🍮,成餐十分飽滿☺️☺️☺️ 始終係私房菜,餐廳環境未算好大未算好別緻。重點一提,餐廳員工十分親切同專業。會主動幫你換碟、加茶、介紹菜式。佢哋仲有自家製辣椒油,食完我都忍唔住買咗一罐返去😂 連我阿媽都讚好(重點係我阿媽要求好高,所以好少讚好😂)❗️

吃完熱食後,被我們冷落在一旁的凍食蜀香墨魚仔終於登場。
一吃我有一點驚為天人的感覺,墨魚仔處理得很好,所有內臟已經挖空,口感爽脆,墨魚仔肉質嫩滑,已經挖空的地方及滿川香的麻辣湯汁,一咬下去,湯汁在口中爆發,配合爽脆的口感及鮮味的墨魚仔肉,真是令人回味無窮。
調味方面雖然是麻辣燙汁,但是味道調得剛剛好,不會像一般坊間的湯汁一般重口味,仍然能夠吃得出墨魚的鮮味,但也有麻辣的香口惹味。

我們選擇了花膠螺頭燉雞,整個器皿都是很熱很燙手的,證明是原盅清燉,入面好足料,有雞肉、豬肉、花膠、螺頭、瑤柱等等,而且選用的是原粒大的瑤柱,用料矜貴,花膠也是大大片的,非常厚身。

花蟹的尺寸兩個人分剛剛好,蟹肉當然鮮味,蟹肉和陳村粉也與大班樓的差不多。
唯一比較大分別的地方是精華的湯汁,這裏的湯汁花雕味比較重,適合喜歡喝酒的人士。
而我這種不太會喝酒的人,就覺得花雕味稍為重了少許。

份量很大的椰汁棗茸糕,但在我們已經吃得很飽的情況下,覺得太過甜膩了。反而壽包不錯,沒有那麼甜,中間的餡是白蓮蓉餡,是一種熟悉的親切感。

We come here whenever someone feels like eating the signature 花雕蒸花蟹+陳村粉. I don’t like crab and don’t really appreciate 花雕 , but I love the 陳村粉, which never seemed to be enough for everyone. 第二道蔬菜是竹笙時蔬卷,又是芥蘭,跟上一道菜重復了。上次因為肉菜太多,這次特地囑咐少一道肉菜多一道蔬菜,但是兩道蔬菜食材一樣,感覺有點應付。

主食是蝦子蝦油蔥油撈面,這道沒什麼配料,但是蔥油和蝦油的味道非常濃郁。其實吃到這裡已經很飽了,但是還是不由自主地吃了兩碗。

椰汁棗蓉糕,我很喜歡的一道甜品,上次吃得極飽後對這道甜品贊不絕口,今天也是一樣。

花雕紅棗飲,去花雕蟹的寒氣。

整體分量非常足,兩次來吃都感覺很撐,扶著牆出門。味道方面,整體發揮穩定,叉燒、花雕蟹、羊腩煲一直讓人記憶猶新;食材方面略顯普通,如果只看食材甚至覺得性價比普通。總體還是覺得天一閣挺不錯的,日後可能會帶愛吃羊肉的朋友再來。
