今天晚飯去正斗叫了 豉椒排骨炒河和雲吞麵. 雲吞面正常. 但河粉了約半小時後. 來到的河粉微溫部份凍的.排骨一舊微溫一舊凍, 青椒就生的. 同職員返影. 收回. 再等的15分鐘. 再送上來的是完先那碟返熱. 我佢絕了. 職員同意取消. 然後要我埋單. 正斗收這炒河$148, 再加茶錢再加上10%共約要$180一碟. 質素越來越差. 職員完全不打算改善服務. 給我的感受是客人不滿意就不要來.當我說取消這碟河粉. 職員向收銀大叫取消河粉埋單. 正斗這品牌到今時今日. 價錢越收越貴. 但品質每放越下. 性價不會合比例. 可能我們作為客人要細心思考是否再光顧. continue reading

陪媽咪去整完牙,見媽咪無咩胃口就陪佢去太古城斗記食碗粥。叫了一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥俾媽咪,碗粥啲米煲得幾綿,媽咪覺得好味。鮮蝦腸粉,腸粉個皮好滑、蝦大隻新鮮。豆苗餃,媽咪鍾意食,蝦餃皮厚度適,蒸出嚟熱辣辣細細粒一啖食落口。好肚餓鮮竹蒸牛肉,牛肉剛剛好,有咬口。總括而言,所有嘢都幾好食,但係以呢個味道嚟講,價錢稍微有啲貴,如果平少少應該會更多人幫襯 continue reading

昨日同啲朋友去咗呢間正斗食早餐,叫咗一碗泥鯭粥、兩個皮蛋瘦肉粥、一碟豉油王炒麵、一碗蒸蘿蔔糕,埋單要成五百幾蚊。正斗價錢貴就知㗎啦,但係又俾唔到相對應嘅食物質素,性價比價值非常低。皮蛋瘦肉粥,肉絲寥寥可見,啲皮蛋碎濕濕又唔靚,粥底煲得稀冇乜米咁,咁都收成差唔多$80碗。豉油王炒麵普通道爆,都要收過百元。蒸蘿蔔糕又整得好難食,整到一pat pat,口感超削,又冇乜蘿蔔味。呢啲咁差質素嘅食物,又要收到咁貴,真係唔會再幫襯。 continue reading
