To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Got take away Bubble tea from this bubble tea shop at the Peak Galleria, I had it only when I was back to the car and found something seriously wrong!The bubble tea from this shop doesnt have any gelatinous balls inside(The bubble). This shop is a fraud.I cant go back and complain as I was already on my way home. 這店供應的珍珠奶茶沒有珍珠只有淡奶水味的奶茶。我是在回到車上才發現我買的天仁珍珠奶茶是沒有珍珠的。一家騙子商店！Never trust this shop.

今日行完山頂見口乾就去買杯珍珠鮮奶綠。點知一入口，即刻想吐! 水汪汪的奶白水，一啲綠茶味都無，好似淨係飲緊一杯稀白色既水加左啲糖水咁既野。好啦，諗住算，食哂啲珍珠唔飲哂杯野。點知，啲珍珠一啲都唔彈牙! 咬落個心仲有啲生生哋。一個字：劣。我轉頭放低左杯野係枱就走。真係讓人失望。我特登唔去地下間飲品店，諗住去天仁穩陣啲，平時都去開銅鑼灣灣仔個幾間都ok,點知中伏。我寧願浪費左$30都唔想夾硬張呢杯野飲落肚。
