To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日黃昏幫襯，當時竟然冇人排隊，我就即刻買返杯飲！山頂店個menu係少啲選擇，冇左我最鍾意的普洱latte，今次就試第二樣——919深焙鮮奶茶。大杯都要38蚊，小貴...殊不知一飲又幾好飲，我叫左少奶就真係少奶！去到黃昏的珍珠都仲係好彈，非常滿意！如果口渴，大杯個份量就剛好～其他優點：。呢間分店接受電子現金券，非常方便！。入面仲有啲台灣零食可以買，方便得很，也可以用來當作手信送給人。。店雖然唔提供座位，但有幾張高檯都算係咁...

Got take away Bubble tea from this bubble tea shop at the Peak Galleria, I had it only when I was back to the car and found something seriously wrong!The bubble tea from this shop doesnt have any gelatinous balls inside(The bubble). This shop is a fraud.I cant go back and complain as I was already on my way home. 這店供應的珍珠奶茶沒有珍珠只有淡奶水味的奶茶。我是在回到車上才發現我買的天仁珍珠奶茶是沒有珍珠的。一家騙子商店！Never trust this shop.

今日行完山頂見口乾就去買杯珍珠鮮奶綠。點知一入口，即刻想吐! 水汪汪的奶白水，一啲綠茶味都無，好似淨係飲緊一杯稀白色既水加左啲糖水咁既野。好啦，諗住算，食哂啲珍珠唔飲哂杯野。點知，啲珍珠一啲都唔彈牙! 咬落個心仲有啲生生哋。一個字：劣。我轉頭放低左杯野係枱就走。真係讓人失望。我特登唔去地下間飲品店，諗住去天仁穩陣啲，平時都去開銅鑼灣灣仔個幾間都ok,點知中伏。我寧願浪費左$30都唔想夾硬張呢杯野飲落肚。

行到黎山頂口渴，就黎買天仁茗茶，都幾多人排隊，但間店得兩個人做野，我地叫大一杯913茶王，一杯洛神花冰茶，少冰少甜，總共$46，等左10-15分鐘攞得。913茶王一向好似，烏龍茶味香，少少甘甜唔過份，洛神花冰茶就第一次飲，成杯紫色，打到起哂泡，飲完第一啖已經feel到好解渴，又澀又酸，飲左半杯已經唔想飲，所以最後兩個人飲一杯。

是有買一送一的優惠，但可惜我們沒有用上。。。 我們十一點多到， 看到店鋪開門了，在營業，但問了一下才知道： 珍珠飲品要等45分鐘才有   所以我們的珍珠奶茶願望沒有成真。所以如果要在星期日光臨這間店的珍珠飲品， 最好是12:00 後才來。
