去完日本一直都念念不忘,上次冇喺日本食壽喜燒,結果今日如願以償,有朋友約我一齊去食壽喜燒,我哋揀咗元朗YOHO MALL呢間餐廳,不過六點幾都好多人排隊,我哋搭咗差唔多成個鐘先有位呢度嘅壽喜燒我只能說係不過不失啦,牛肉唔係口,但係牛味都唔係10分濃,成個餐飽肚嘅,但係味道方便,我諗都係過下口癮就OK,而且抽氣唔係好足夠,所以比較侷促稱讚嘅職員嘅反應都好快,好留意每台客人需要,而且都10分好禮貌👍🏻

呢度嘅壽喜燒我只能說係不過不失啦,牛肉唔係口,但係牛味都唔係10分濃,成個餐飽肚嘅,但係味道方便,我諗都係過下口癮就OK,而且抽氣唔係好足夠,所以比較侷促

🍽️餐飲: 豆乳泡菜豚肉鍋不要看他小小一鍋,裡面的豚肉肉量很多,而且有超多椰菜、芽菜,還有些韭菜提味,所有蔬菜都很甜,另外,湯底清淡,就算加了泡菜也不會太濃味,整體感覺超健康,可配白飯或烏冬,不用擔心不夠飽旁邊有一小碟配菜,是醃菜,味道是咸咸的🎄環境: 環境蠻寬敞,有梳化位有卡位,坐得很舒服🎎服務:手機落單,上菜速度快,也會不時來加水,服務不錯㊗️結論:食物、環境、服務都很不錯的餐廳,可惜人流少,大家快去支持一下~

🍽️餐飲:

豆乳泡菜豚肉鍋
不要看他小小一鍋,裡面的豚肉肉量很多,而且有超多椰菜、芽菜,還有些韭菜提味,所有蔬菜都很甜,另外,湯底清淡,就算加了泡菜也不會太濃味,整體感覺超健康,可配白飯或烏冬,不用擔心不夠飽

旁邊有一小碟配菜,是醃菜,味道是咸咸的

環境蠻寬敞,有梳化位有卡位,坐得很舒服

🎎服務:

手機落單,上菜速度快,也會不時來加水,服務不錯

㊗️結論:

食物、環境、服務都很不錯的餐廳,可惜人流少,大家快去支持一下~

Yoho Mall 有間新店叫鉄鍋牛之介,主打一人日式火鍋,見到Lunch menu 都有好多選擇,所以就去入去試吓今次我哋叫咗香港比較少見的壽喜燒,中等價錢,佢哋既食法係先用牛脂沾鍋後,放牛肉下去煎,之後才開始落壽喜燒汁和沙糖,然後慢慢調味。此食法屬關西地區獨有,有別於關東壽喜燒食法,枱面有張咭紙教大家點食,加分。Set lunch 包一碟牛肉,蔬菜,前菜,白飯和雞蛋,牛肉有一定厚度,蔬菜份量亦都足夠。我跟足指示,先將牛脂在鍋底燒香,放牛肉,後加醬汁和糖調味,再點雞蛋食。牛肉雖然唔係和牛,但都好嫩滑,個人覺得食壽喜燒係唔需要配和牛,反而配美國牛就恰到好處,食完一片牛肉之後,再輪流將其他牛肉和蔬菜煎煮,最後倒入醬汁,食材盡吸濃甜惹味的汁醬,加上雞蛋,白飯,簡直係完美配搭。餐廳除了壽喜燒外,還提供豚肉鍋,一人一鍋,迎合唔食牛嘅你。下次唔駛再等去日本,都可以食到壽喜燒啦,開心。

非常差嘅體驗,要客食人口水尾😡等咗好耐都未上菜,之後望到兩個侍應係度密密傾,原來佢地發現將我地嗰餐上錯咗俾第二張枱😰佢地竟然係「我地一直望住」嘅情況將人哋食咗嘅餐直接攞過黎俾我地😐我地開口問就話個客無掂過咁我地梗係叫佢重新整過第二份,但第二份餐好明顯就係頭先嗰份,啲牛扒擺盤係亂晒 而且係唔熱嘅,我地見到有另一台都係叫同一個,但人地個擺盤係正正常常😓應該一早同佢講唔要嗰餐算😩個餐仲要唔算平,連埋加一都起碼140蚊,真係貼錢買難受,極度失望,一定無下次😡

之前開張食過兩次。第一次食壽喜燒-特上A4和牛肩胛肉套餐最好,肉質素唔錯,完整一大塊,雞蛋有蛋味。第二次食同樣嘅餐都ok, 不過肉無切得咁靚。第三次食,質素大跌。蛋無蛋味,肉切得差。短期內都唔會再食。
