九龍城有好多家泰國菜,我每次都會試不同的餐廳。這次是了這家泰農餐廳,雖然是平日,但都很多人很熱鬧。我和男朋友兩個人叫了三個菜分別是青咖喱,炒豬頸肉和蟹肉炒飯。青咖喱方面,非常地道,在香港吃泰國菜經常都很‘香港口味’,例如回家很多椰奶,令咖喱變得甜而不辣。但這家的青咖喱卻非常地道,跟我在泰國吃的非常相似。蟹肉炒飯方面,一點都沒有偷工減料,口感豐富!整體而言,無論服務還是食物質素都值得推介,以後一定會再來!

九龍城有好多家泰國菜,我每次都會試不同的餐廳。

這次是了這家泰農餐廳,雖然是平日,但都很多人很熱鬧。

香芒椰汁糯米飯$55:來到泰國餐館,當然是必點甜品!芒果多汁香甜,解去肥膩感,鴛鴦糯米飯微微冒氣,看到已經好興奮,吃下去煙煙韌韌,再配合椰汁,, 暖暖甜甜非很不錯,是完美的結束。
去過泰國的朋友,我們都吃得出老字號的誠意與心機,相信很多熟客若知道餐館將會光榮結業應該大感不捨。趁餐館還在,趕來光顧吧!

九龍城出名泰國菜館多,聽聞有間幾有水準,都要去試吓。冇豪華裝修,尚是寬敞整齊 ,未到七點, 已有七八成客人。 心想食物應該都有水準,再睇餐牌有仲有打折。麵包咖哩蝦賣相幾吸引, 一定先試吓嗰蝦,炸到香脆,連蝦壳都食埋,蝦肉新鮮,再用蒜蓉包點住咖哩汁齊食,啲汁又唔太辣,好啱我D怕辣嘅人,今次真的連汁都撈埋。扎肉沙律柚子沙律食得多,今次轉轉口味,叫這個沙律,扎肉真多,個汁配得幾好,如果加多D生菜索埋嗰汁齊食,會更加好。椰汁焗海鮮飯喺原煲上幾特色,濃濃椰汁味,海鮮都好多,粒粒飯香,食落原來喺甜飯,不過配埋清香椰汁又幾夾。泰式春卷泰式春卷沒有多大驚喜,勝在熱騰騰又脆卜卜,是一道唔錯小食。椰青椰青水夠冰涼, 配有一隻小匙,可慢慢挖出椰青肉,一口椰青水,一淡椰青肉,是極佳嘅消暑飲品。最後吃埋個芋頭西米露,是晚好滿足。

是夜來到䇄立九龍城良久的泰農一試。環境比附近的泰菜館寬敞舒適,老闆亦耐心介紹特色招牌菜。先來蠔仔春卷,表面炸得香脆又不太油膩,以蠔仔作餡料,有海鮮的鹹香又具創意。蠔油冬菇炒椰芯同樣是少見菜式。椰芯清甜爽脆,簡單以蒜蓉蠔油炒香,惹味又不過鹹。辣椒膏大蜆是經典泰菜。蜆肉結實鮮嫩,加上蔬菜同炒,惹味又較健康。這不是金邊粉,是青木瓜!酸甜醬汁配合爽口青木瓜,十分適合夏天享用,更是low carb diet 之選。甜品芒果糯米飯,熱騰騰的黑白糯米同時有黏稠和粒粒分明兩種口感,芒果偏生但十分清甜爽口,中和糯米較難消化的感覺,十分不錯。
