除左日本野之外, 我諗泰國野都係好多人鍾意食既菜式, 要辣有辣, 要香口有香口, 要清淡有清淡, 選擇好多.無意中見到呢間泰國餐廳, 雖然響民生區, 但係有好多人幫趁.泰國野最特式就係泰式生蝦, 肉質好彈牙, 食左一隻唔點醬汁, 感覺到蝦既鮮甜味, 完全無雪藏味. 如果點醬就帶少少辣味, 會醒胃D.仲有特式野係碳燒豬頸肉, 燒到表面金金黃黃, 微焦帶有一點香口, 但係肉質又保持嫩口同埋肉汁, 而且份量都幾多.最後仲有一個泰式香辣椒鹽鮮魷, 真係帶左少少辛辣味, 但係又未至於食唔到, 鮮魷唔韌, 新鮮有口感. 椒鹽唔算好多, 但係其他香料都帶出野味, 越食越開胃.

搵openrice呢間餐廳原來可以叫到會, 一家人做節叫黎試下.泰式酸辣鳳爪, 真係好大盤, 酸辣鳳爪酸酸甜甜好開胃, 基本上都起晒骨, 大人細路都好容易食到. 同埋佢好多生紫洋蔥, 生食夠晒辣, 正.生菜包D肉碎又係勁多, 我地自己都預備左菜, 所以可以一直係咁包黎食. 肉碎唔會太辣, 又唔會太多肥肉.要多個炒飯, 有D海鮮, 炒飯炒得夠乾身, 一粒粒唔會好濕. 雖然個樣好似好清, 但係唔係好淡, 味道剛剛好.呢間泰國菜既份量真係十足, 幾個人都食唔晒, 好彩響屋企食, 可以雪返佢聽日再食過, 下次試下叫其他款式到會.

每次我約朋友到葵芳行街食飯,都會選擇這間泰國菜做晚餐,可惜今次實在令我們反感👎我哋一行3人坐低好快已經點咗菜同飲品,但由於叫嘅飲品未到,而我朋友又口渴 ,飲完一杯要求老闆娘再比多一杯,老闆娘就話:我咪比咗你囉!我朋友話我想要多杯,老闆娘啲態度極差,我地諗,難度比咗就唔可以再比咩? 而且她一直說我們是用openrice訂位,變相沒有其他折扣,我們係知道嘅,但佢嘅態度真係極之惡劣,如果我地唔係叫咗野食,一定起身走人,食過這餐之後我們決定唔會再去幫襯👎

知道泰星匯這間餐廳至少也大有10年,雖然住附近,但一直未有去試。正好今晚朋友到葵芳找我,我又剛好想飲冬蔭公,就來了。餐牌選擇好多,尤其套餐好抵食!晚飯時間人不少。可能懷住無期望的心情,所以當食物入口一刻,真係有驚喜!兩個人點了四個菜,因為覺得食到!先來的泰式炒金邊粉,份量真多,成個小山咁,料又足,除左濕了一點,其他沒什麼挑剔!泰式炒芥蘭又係大大碟,食落那種辣度,帶點咸香,真的和泰國一樣,好惹味。酸辣肉碎生菜包個人認為係必點,大大盤肉碎,夾雜了肥豬肉,平時我比較唔食肥豬肉,但呢個肉碎,瘦肉和肥肉的比例好好,食落一啲都唔乾,仲有粒粒彈牙口感,包生菜真係超正,好好食!!!泰冬陰功海鮮湯呢個真係驚喜,同樣係大大鍋,湯底好夠濃,入面有大大隻蝦及魷魚,夠彈牙爽口~還有菇,飲落好醒胃,加上辣度剛好,飲完會出少少汗。對唔食得辣的人黎講,這個湯算辣,但對我地黎講,同泰國的真係差不多。所以要點杯沙冰解辣,芒果沙冰大大杯滿瀉出黎,有陣陣芒果香,最重要係惠顧晚餐,可以買一送一,10零蚊杯,真係抵飲,仲要好飲!最後意猶未盡再點了4串沙嗲串燒,1豬2牛1雞,燒得唔乾又嫩,又係水準之作,尤其個沙醬真係精粹,粒粒花生

餐牌選擇好多,尤其套餐好抵食!晚飯時間人不少。可能懷住無期望的心情,所以當食物入口一刻,真係有驚喜!兩個人點了四個菜,因為覺得食到!先來的泰式炒金邊粉,份量真多,成個小山咁,料又足,除左濕了一點,其他沒什麼挑剔!

酸辣肉碎生菜包個人認為係必點,大大盤肉碎,夾雜了肥豬肉,平時我比較唔食肥豬肉,但呢個肉碎,瘦肉和肥肉的比例好好,食落一啲都唔乾,仲有粒粒彈牙口感,包生菜真係超正,好好食!!!

泰冬陰功海鮮湯呢個真係驚喜,同樣係大大鍋,湯底好夠濃,入面有大大隻蝦及魷魚,夠彈牙爽口~還有菇,飲落好醒胃,加上辣度剛好,飲完會出少少汗。對唔食得辣的人黎講,這個湯算辣,但對我地黎講,同泰國的真係差不多。

所以要點杯沙冰解辣,芒果沙冰大大杯滿瀉出黎,有陣陣芒果香,最重要係惠顧晚餐,可以買一送一,10零蚊杯,真係抵飲,仲要好飲!

最後意猶未盡再點了4串沙嗲串燒,1豬2牛1雞,燒得唔乾又嫩,又係水準之作,尤其個沙醬真係精粹,粒粒花生碎,好香口。

望過Openrice食評去食,要平反一下,小店執枱係有啲慢,因為我地見全程都得一個店員上菜,收錢,應該係老闆本人,但上菜算快。完全可接受。隔離枱4個人食完埋單,聽到話400幾蚊,大叫完全估唔到咁抵,因為老闆話有85折。

小店係葵芳咁多年,雖無華麗裝修,但食物味道有水準,價錢親民,有捧場客真係有佢原因!!!以後都唔使專登去第二度揾泰菜黎食,原來近近地就有一間好選擇。

個個都話北上消費, 我就留返響香港支持小店, 葵芳新都會廣場多數都係連鎖店餐廳, 所以我就行左去小區果邊搵野食.行來行去見呢間泰國菜都幾多人, 而且openrice都多食評, 一於試下先.睇餐牌好多選擇, 諗來諗去唔知食咩, 店員就推介呢度既招牌菜芒果絲脆炸鱸魚, 佢話係將D魚肉起左再炸, 起左肉又幾好, 起碼唔驚太多骨.外皮炸得好脆口, 唔油膩, 魚肉仍然保持嫩滑肉質, 上面有D酸酸甜甜既汁, 仲加埋芒果絲, 夠晒開胃, 果然係招牌菜, 無介紹錯.食泰國菜又點少得碳燒豬頸肉, 外皮燒得剛剛好, 帶少少微焦, 特別香口.  但係肉質仲係保持到軟嫩, 仲好Juicy. 而且每片豬頸肉都唔會切到好薄, 咬落有口感.另外仲有特飲, 我見呢度好多款沙冰同泰色飲品選擇, 要左個鮮芒果沙冰.好大杯真材實料, 芒果味夠濃, 唔係溝水既, 沙冰打得剛剛好, 唔會有好多大大粒既冰.

食泰國菜又點少得碳燒豬頸肉, 外皮燒得剛剛好, 帶少少微焦, 特別香口.  但係肉質仲係保持到軟嫩, 仲好Juicy. 
而且每片豬頸肉都唔會切到好薄, 咬落有口感.

另外仲有特飲, 我見呢度好多款沙冰同泰色飲品選擇, 要左個鮮芒果沙冰.
好大杯真材實料, 芒果味夠濃, 唔係溝水既, 沙冰打得剛剛好, 唔會有好多大大粒既冰.

呢輪日日係咁落雨, 又熱又焗, 搞到個人都無晒胃口, 所以諗到食泰國野刺激一下. 又唔想去到九龍城咁遠, 所以去左葵芳呢間平民小店.要開胃梗係食返個柚子沙律啦, 舊舊柚子肉都好大粒, 酸酸甜甜好醒胃, 一D苦澀味都無, 仲有其餘既木瓜絲, 洋蔥絲, 食完個口都清新D.主食要左冬蔭公明爐烏頭, 份量十足, 2個人食剛剛好. 先飲佢地既冬蔭公, 唔算太酸, 好易入口, 而且配菜都好多, 所以帶一點點蔬菜既甜味. 烏頭魚肉質結實, 油脂豐富, 食落甘香, 完全無泥味.仲叫左個菠蘿海鮮炒飯, 雖然唔係原個菠蘿上, 無左儀式感, 但係份量一樣十足.粒粒飯都炒得好分明, 唔會黏住一舊舊, D蝦又大大隻, 好爽口. 仲加埋豬肉鬆鋪面, 個炒飯真係好正.

要開胃梗係食返個柚子沙律啦, 舊舊柚子肉都好大粒, 酸酸甜甜好醒胃, 一D苦澀味都無, 仲有其餘既木瓜絲, 洋蔥絲, 食完個口都清新D.

主食要左冬蔭公明爐烏頭, 份量十足, 2個人食剛剛好. 
先飲佢地既冬蔭公, 唔算太酸, 好易入口, 而且配菜都好多, 所以帶一點點蔬菜既甜味. 
烏頭魚肉質結實, 油脂豐富, 食落甘香, 完全無泥味.

仲叫左個菠蘿海鮮炒飯, 雖然唔係原個菠蘿上, 無左儀式感, 但係份量一樣十足.
粒粒飯都炒得好分明, 唔會黏住一舊舊, D蝦又大大隻, 好爽口. 仲加埋豬肉鬆鋪面, 個炒飯真係好正.
