首先,我試咗佢哋嘅雜菜海鮮粉絲煲,呢個煲仔菜真係好豐富!有蝦、魚柳同蟹肉,加埋脆脆的粉絲,一定好夠味。醬汁淡淡酸辣,好清新爽口,令人胃口大開。之後,我又試咗佢哋嘅酸辣鳳爪,真係好開胃啊!鳳爪經過慢煮之後,又滑又軟,表面塗住濃濃嘅酸辣醬汁,一啖入口就有濃濃泰式風味。佢哋用料真係落足心機,太香喇!我仲試咗冬陰功湯,加埋豬肉碎生菜包。呢碗湯頭酸辣好清新,入面仲有好多新鮮嘅海鮮同材料,好豐富好有層次而豬肉碎包著生菜吃,清新爽口,酸辣開胃,別具特色。香葉炒辣肉碎,肉碎超入味又帶有泰式香葉的香氣,再加上微辣的口感,實在是一道好下飯菜式。「泰尚泰國菜館」嘅泰菜全部都超正宗,一啲都唔馬虎,全部都幾好味!喺呢度食飯,每一餸菜都可以令我大飽口福,真係好滿足!

地道小店之《泰尚泰國菜館》原來西環好多出色小店,餐廳企理光猛,環境舒適,坐得舒服,原來呢泰菜館已經開左2X年,老板好Nice,店員有禮,生蝦刺身:口感清爽,味道鮮甜,配上香蒜片同辣椒,味道豐富,泰式秘製酸辣汁酸酸辣辣好醒胃。蒜蓉包+乾咖哩軟殼蟹:同平時食開既較糊狀,鮮甜多肉既軟殼蟹經過炸後,口感外脆內軟,蒜蓉包蘸上味咖哩汁一齊,份外惹味,咖喱味香濃,入口幼滑。原隻燒鮮魷:非常大隻,魷魚肉厚質嫩,用猛火燒燒熟後保持到爽口彈牙質感,食時淋上檸檬汁清新口感。泰式燴元蹄:元蹄用泰式香料熟波非常有特色,肉質鮮嫩,入口有膠質口感,元蹄盡吸醬汁精華,味道濃郁。

試咗佢哋嘅晚市抵食二人餐,都幾多款菜式,CP值幾高~串燒沙嗲係我嘅最愛!雞肉好鮮嫩,而且好juicy!佢個沙嗲汁好香,加埋串燒嘅焦香味真係好正~冬陰功湯唔會太辣,酸中帶少少辣好惹味。而且個湯好香蝦味,飲落都幾香濃金不換炒牛柳粒炒得啱啱好,牛柳粒鮮嫩多汁,唔會覺得柴,而且份量都唔少。青咖哩豬頸肉都唔錯,比較少見會用豬頸肉煮咖哩,但味道唔錯,豬肉鮮嫩多汁,而且好爽口。無國界蒜蓉包個名幾得意,食落都唔錯。麵包外酥內軟,蒜蓉醬嘅香氣濃郁,口感香脆可口,好啱做餐前小食

泰國菜真係其中嘅摯愛,今次就同fd去左堅尼地城嘅【泰尚泰國菜館】食飯。餐廳位置比較少、但係勝在店員夠熱情。青芒炸魚沙律:出面其他餐廳比較少食到呢道菜,青芒嘅酸甜滋味配埋泰式香料同調味料、檸檬汁、香菜、辣椒等,帶出令人驚喜嘅化學反應、酸甜微辣。炸魚嘅鮮香肉質同香脆嘅外皮、配合各種蔬菜嘅清脆爽口,相互襯托得十分協調。芝麻、腰果等配料嘅加入,為沙律增添更多豐富嘅口感同味道。辣椒膏炒蟹:辣椒膏嘅味道層次豐富、辣味醇厚。蟹肉本身肉質鮮嫩彈牙、味道鮮甜,加埋辣椒膏嘅辛辣濃郁醇厚,相互映襯。蟹肉吸收到辣椒膏嘅精華,令整體口感更加紮實濃郁。口感層次分明,回味無窮。
