When I drop by Wanchai, I will surely go to The Baker and The Bottleman to get some of their goodies.Their triple Valrhona chocolate cookies are gigantic and you can indulge it throughout the whole day🤣 I really like the generous amount of dark chocolate chunks and the combination of sugar which adds a caramelised flavour to the cookie. Their triple Valrhona chocolate cookies are gigantic and you can indulge it throughout the whole day🤣 I really like the generous amount of dark chocolate chunks and the combination of sugar which adds a caramelised flavour to the cookie. The cookies is really chewy and buttery with crispy edges. I also like the balanced sweetness of the cookie such that one can finish the cookie herself without getting overloaded with sugar. The Baker and The Bottleman has easily become my favourite cookie place in town 🍪❤️


They have recently opened up their dine-in area, can’t wait to give it a try soon 😍

📍The Baker and The Bottleman The sister baker shop of Roganic. Was excited to try it at first but ended up really disappointed. Their loaf version of the soda bread sort of exaggerated its mushy texture. The onion tart was ok in taste but the tart is really oily. It leaves a bad coating to the mouth. Also tried a number of their donuts and all are very disappointing. Not fluffy and the fillings are all sooo sweet. Not sure about all the hype about it but it’s definitely not a place for me. Price

The dine-in menu basically is quite similar to the take out menu, the lunch set is $100 including a drink + sandwich + chocolate cake, which was really good value, but I’m not a fan of chocolate cake, I opted from ALC menu instead.
I chose cured ham & cheese sandwich $70, lemonade $30 and apple turnover + $30 for the vanilla icecream, so the whole lunch was $165.
I hope they can just let us choose our own dessert instead of fix it with chocolate cake for the lunch set .. 😆
the sandwich was delish, love the vanilla icecream too, the apple turnover was just ok.. would like to try the Malt caramel tart next time.

One thing I really enjoyed was the water section, u get to choose sparkling water/still water /iced water/ hot water for free by yourself .. so thoughtful of them!

and I love their logo design on the glass a lot, I genuinely love it and want to get one for myself, and their wine glasses as well!

The ambiance is so nice, it was not too crowded maybe not a lot of ppl know they are opening for dine-in yet.. haha.. Will come back again for sure!

跟朋友一起分享了「🍞Soda bread」,真心好吃且特别,有Roganic主理这一光环加持,对这家店又多了几分好感·开业那段时间大排长龙,但现在已经不需要排队了,logo很可爱,店面很有质感,另外时隔几个月能再次看见利东街挂满红灯笼,真好·主打烘焙、饮品、酒,种类旗鼓相当,烘焙走英式路线,整体重油重糖比较heavy(但快乐啊),不过也有几款比较lean系的选择·最感兴趣的不是高人气的布朗尼和比脸还大的曲奇,而是你在其他面包店都找不到的「🍞Soda bread」·如果你吃过Roganic就一定知道,这款源于爱尔兰的面包是这家米其林餐厅的最佳菜式之一!·第一次吃就被口感惊喜到了,不是重油型面包,像是融合了一点sourdough的弹性,一点pound cake的湿润紧实,还有一点chiffon的蓬松,一时间不知道是在吃蛋糕还是吃面包·比传统苏打面包还要丰富的是表面燕麦片和糖霜的点缀,燕麦的嚼劲平添了层次感,糖霜用量适中,甜而不腻·有个缺点就是大面包只能整个售卖,而且不能分切(会加速水分流失),对一人食不太友好,更适合share·咖啡是和亚洲Beat 50 Accro coffee合作的,想

跟朋友一起分享了「🍞Soda bread」,真心好吃且特别,有Roganic主理这一光环加持,对这家店又多了几分好感

开业那段时间大排长龙,但现在已经不需要排队了,logo很可爱,店面很有质感,另外时隔几个月能再次看见利东街挂满红灯笼,真好

主打烘焙、饮品、酒,种类旗鼓相当,烘焙走英式路线,整体重油重糖比较heavy(但快乐啊),不过也有几款比较lean系的选择

最感兴趣的不是高人气的布朗尼和比脸还大的曲奇,而是你在其他面包店都找不到的「🍞Soda bread」

如果你吃过Roganic就一定知道,这款源于爱尔兰的面包是这家米其林餐厅的最佳菜式之一!

第一次吃就被口感惊喜到了,不是重油型面包,像是融合了一点sourdough的弹性,一点pound cake的湿润紧实,还有一点chiffon的蓬松,一时间不知道是在吃蛋糕还是吃面包

比传统苏打面包还要丰富的是表面燕麦片和糖霜的点缀,燕麦的嚼劲平添了层次感,糖霜用量适中,甜而不腻
·
有个缺点就是大面包只能整个售卖,而且不能分切(会加速水分流失),对一人食不太友好,更适合share
·
咖啡是和亚洲Beat 50 Accro coffee合作的,想来应该不差,但我还是更愿意下次专程跑到元朗去喝这家

見到有人話依間野服務差 忍唔住開個ac幫佢地平反下 住附近所以都幫襯過依間野幾次 食物質素的確麻麻 個鬆餅太乾牛油味又唔出 出名嘅大曲奇又冇乜特別 係得啲大包叫好少少但服務態度好好喎 一入門口全部staff都同我打招呼 第一次去唔知買咩好 問啲員工有咩推介佢哋都好用心介紹 我聽唔明個鬼佬員工啲英文 有個後生仔員工即刻幫我翻譯😂會因為服務再幫襯 但希望改善下食物質素啦 灣仔有咁多個出名嘅麵包舖 希望佢地可以參考下 例如bakehouse 食物質素非常好 價錢又平 係啲服務差少少😶
