估不到中環都有相對平但又高質的西餐廳呀~同朋友慶祝生日,見這家餐廳又多好評,價錢又合理就去試試啦。和朋友點了dinner set,包2款頭盤、2主菜、2飲品同甜品。頭盤小編選了紅菜頭醃三文魚配三文魚籽同Parma ham。三文魚一上菜是偏紅的,有好淡的紅菜頭香,估不到同三文魚又幾夾~Parma ham就不過不失,挺喜歡配水牛芝士的配搭,中和到Parma ham的咸香。餐湯是超濃郁的龍蝦湯,一飲就知真材實料。因為相對濃味,所以餐廳都好細心地準備一小份,以免飲到膩~這款主食是西班牙豬扒配意大利飯,豬扒煎得剛好!因為沒醬汁,完全是吃豬扒的原汁原味,不錯喔~另一款主菜是慢煮羊膝配意大利粉。這款的羊肉因為是慢煮,肉質好嫩,好吃喔!最後的甜品一小份都好滿足了,嘻嘻~

龍蝦湯反而比較淡,但因為佢應該落左奶所以都夠濃稠的😝 主菜叫左慢煮羊膝配意大利粉。羊膝超大舊,舉起咁擺超有睇頭!切落去就知好嫩滑,肉質啱啱好。佢冇咩調味,所以臊味比較濃,中意食羊先好叫🤫 底下的意大利粉用左好似羅宋湯咁煮,夠茄,意粉都有咬口。另一個叫左西班牙豬扒配香菇意大利飯。豬扒都一樣冇乜調過味,所以比較原汁原味。但佢係好juicy的,所以都唔錯。底下嘅意大利飯好creamy,落足忌廉煮。但旁邊嘅南瓜我就嫲嫲地。

甜品係好似tiramisu咁的朱古力蛋糕。中間有啲索左酒味的蛋糕。但整體有小小乾。旁邊仲有個椰汁布丁。呢個的椰汁味都香,但有小小酸,唔係變壞的酸,係應該佢仲加左其他材料😂 最尾飲埋檸檬茶就完滿了。呢間小店上菜速度比較慢,因為佢哋續碟續碟煮,好有心機。整體ok,如果環境靚少少就會更加加分😎
