Absolutely delicious authentic Steak coupled with a spacious and vibrant atmosphere especially for a non-race day. Seating was very comfortable with great views of the race course. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and highly attentive to details. The wide variety of Steak choices were all reasonably priced and the generous portions left us satisfied. Absolutely delicious authentic Steak coupled with a spacious and vibrant atmosphere especially for a non-race day. Seating was very comfortable with great views of the race course. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and highly attentive to details. The wide variety of Steak choices were all reasonably priced and the generous portions left us satisfied. I ordered the Wagyu M5+ Tomahawk for 2 and had it prepared Chicago Style. Unbelievablely delicious! Kudos to the chef! I would recommend adding skinny fries to the menu as a complement.

My only critique is that there should be more choices of Wine by the Glass (right now only one for Red and one for White). And also there should be a better selection of salad bar options including sesame dressing, sun dried tomatoes and anchovies.

Overall well worth the experience. I will be going back again to try other menu items. 😋

之前聽過好多朋友都話馬會餐廳食物水準高, 但結果意外地失望之前試過的會員廂房(長勝廳), 相比之下勝於藍的質數差太多因為朋友生日, 所以當日訂了12人的房間慶祝因為想試不同食物, 所以打算每樣叫2-3份試試原本想叫2份雞,2份爐魚,2份小羊肩, 最後服務員回覆只有一份雞,一份魚,一份羊肩值得表揚的是服務員態度很好, 佢之前都盡量安排提供相等份量或取代方案可能因為數量太多關係, 最後有點煩躁, 不過都了解最後提供了一份雞, 一份鱸魚,一份(好似係)鯛魚, 一份小羊肩,  一份羊肩, 其他叫了一些牛及豬食物味道上可算極度失望雞太"鞋", 小羊肩算可以, 但另一個羊肩太熟 好"鞋",porterhouse steak 原本叫了5成熟, 但最後牛扒好難切同略韌有一些味道較好, 魚 及甜品 都頗好, 豬的味道及質地特別好

以電話訂座時,得知每位會員只可預訂六個散座,屬D類嘅私人廂房除外,室內衣著規定為不得穿著背心、短褲或拖鞋。當晚只訂到嘅六人廂房設有全單$3,500之最低消費額,留座要求會員簽名擔保出席,非常嚴謹。廂房私人空間足,厚墊椅櫈十分舒適,不過有腰骨問題嘅幾位長輩都要搵咕𠱸頂住先舒服,幸好客套嘅服務生們亦樂於幫忙
