這家華岸酒吧扒房，位於機場富豪酒店地下，餐廳門口非常有復古味道，這是我經常來的地方，走進餐廳坐下來，細閱一輪餐單，並選了一份主菜燴羊膝，過了一會，羊膝送到面前，試了一口，羊膝肉汁豐富，入口即化，整體的調味也相當配合，既有羊肉的鮮香，又不會過於膩口。燴羊膝的肉質非常柔軟，搭配上濃郁的醬汁，讓人每一口都充滿了層次感。醬汁的濃郁與香草的清新把這道菜提升了整體的風味。這道菜還搭配了一些時令蔬菜，增加了菜品的色彩和營養。這些蔬菜的清脆口感與羊膝的軟嫩形成了良好的對比，使整個餐點更加平均。 continue reading

收工時間，同同事傾開去邊度，先知道原來機場華岸酒吧現在每個星期五都會有現場音樂表演，仲有任食小食食添，價錢非常吸引，所以就同朋友當晚去了坐低，現場氣氛非常好，食物方面有三文魚，芝士，炸芝士，炸魚餅，仲有三款甜品，任食漏，完全可以當晚飯食，另外仲跟埋杯啤酒添，期間會比點歌紙我地點歌，都沒有另外收費，現場高級大概七首廣東歌再加三首英文歌，我覺得非常好。現場表演豉油下午6:30至夜晚10點，我下個星期都會再嚟 continue reading

聖誕節去旅行之前，明知人多，所以一早去機場，點知真係早左好多。結果一家人去機場酒店食左個快餐！surprise surprise 服務幾好，又可能因為大家都肚餓，所以覺得野食都好好，環境整體黎講係好舒適，可能因為唔趕時間又搭夜機，所以大家都好輕鬆咁傾下計，玩下電話咁等到差唔多夠鐘就行返過去入閘！Burger 同 fish & chips 值得推薦，可能因為野食夠熱啦. 小朋友食得開心，夠時間既話大人又可以飲返杯輕鬆一下。 continue reading

今次就到之前好多韓星鍾意去嘅亞洲國際博覽館睇show但係都要醫好個肚先就search OpenRice睇吓有乜好食？想食西餐多啲就見到呢間The China coast 同機場距離：步行約10分鐘第一次到訪！覺得服務很好，服務人員很親切。食物美味，調酒特別又好喝。室內設計很有特色，讓人感覺舒適放鬆。想食飽啲嘅，大大份嘅美國菜就最啱。呢間位於酒店嘅經典美國菜係唔錯嘅選擇，主要供應牛排及海鮮等菜式。燒美國頂級牛扒最受歡迎，牛肉嘅脂肪紋如大理石般，肉質鮮嫩而且肉味香濃，無論加少少香草鹽或自家製醬汁食一樣咁perfect。另外仲有多款招牌菜都值得試我個人鍾意食pizza，就叫咗個Prosciutto & Arugula同埋一碟cheese platter 真係喜出望外，估唔到機場附近都會有咁好食嘅Pizza! 好食過什麼必勝X !最緊要係熱辣辣!我相信一定會再次光臨！ continue reading
