最近我去咗位於灣仔的THE COFFEE ACADEMÏCS，呢間咖啡館環境舒適，氛圍輕鬆，非常適合朋友聚會或者工作。我首先試咗佢哋嘅「學研特色早餐」，呢個早餐包括咗豬肉香腸、脆口煙肉、野生蘑菇、波爾洛蒂豆、意大利番茄、煙燻三文魚、哈羅米芝士、太陽蛋，仲有烤酸種麵包。整體份量十足，非常豐富。香腸同煙肉都好入味，搭配滑嫩嘅太陽蛋，真係好滿足！野生蘑菇嘅鮮香同意大利番茄嘅清新，令整個早餐層次分明，非常好食。接住，我哋又點咗烤雞翼。雞翼外脆內嫩，醬汁味道香辣，吃落去非常過癮，特別適合配酒，係個完美的小食。最後，飲品方面我試咗冰凍的Manuka，清涼爽口，甜度適中，非常解渴，為整頓餐點畫上完美句號。總體而言，THE COFFEE ACADEMÏCS嘅食物質素高，服務態度友善，環境舒適，真係值得一試！我相信我會再返嚟，期待再試其他菜式！ continue reading

Really bad service. The food and coffee are average, but what surprised me is their bad service. The staff is so rude and gave you a very unwelcome atmosphere. Literally no one SERVED you. I have to walk to the cashier area to order and check, thats fine, but the staff not only interrupted you but also gave you an impatient look, impatient tone. Why you charge 10% service fee while you gave us so bad service? Worst experience ever and will not visit again. continue reading

    灣仔嘅The Coffee Academics，整間店採用現代工業風裝潢，充滿設計感，仲設有室外座位，可以對正睇到電車路，別有一番香港特色。Onion Soup洋蔥湯濃鬱又香甜，湯底煮得非常美味，充滿左洋蔥的鮮味，入口時帶有些微煙熏嘅香氣。Petit Garden Green沙律開胃又清新，菜葉非常鮮嫩，橄欖油醬汁帶點微酸，令人胃口大開。Garlic Cheese Carbonara義大利麵煮得剛剛好，軟硬適中，亦都非常掛汁。三重芝士嘅加入令到卡邦尼醬汁濃郁到極致，奶香十足，再加上額外的烤蒜，香氣撲鼻。Crab Cake蟹餅炸得外層金黃酥脆，裡面係滿滿嘅鮮甜蟹肉，搭配左微酸沙律醬，恰到好處地提升左整道菜的鮮味！English Breakfast Tea continue reading
