A la carte - Lobster & Red Prawn Spaghetti ($325)
I was surprised by this dish! The pasta sauce has a really strong lobster bisque taste to it wish I really like! However, the consistency of the sauce is like a lobster bisque, not the typical thick pasta sauce (which I am fine with). The lobster is cooked perfectly and there are many bite-size prawns incorporated into the spaghetti, the prawns are fresh and actually have taste (unlike frozen shrimps)👍🏻 I personally loved this dish as would recommend!


Detox-full Drink - Green Soul ($60)
I was quite disappointed as the juice was very watery and could mostly taste celery. The size was not big also, so I would not recommend their detox drink🙁


Overall, the food quality was beyond my expectations!😍 Food was cooked perfectly and presentation was nice. The atmosphere was very nice too, good for brunch and probably will try dinner next time😁

入到去環境燈光好柔和☺️好有氣氛 侍應好有禮貌咁帶我哋去個位度 好好彩佢俾咗booth我哋😍我哋三個人坐好闊落好舒服

我哋叫咗一個starter 同埋三個main 再加一個甜品

前菜嘅沙律加咗三文魚,煙三文魚味道好正,而且啲菜食得出好新鮮☺️大讚

另外我哋嗌左肉眼扒,肉眼扒好林,而且佢好貼心咁幫我哋分咗三份

另一個名係free range chicken ,啲雞肉超級嫩滑,仲配埋薯條,呢個真係值得一試!

另外我哋嗌左個risotto ,呢款我就覺得麻麻地啦🥺因為佢啲飯真係太硬

最後甜品我哋嗌左chocolate cake 為今餐生日還畫上完美句號🥰

今天和同事聚餐,選擇了位於太古廣場四樓平台的這家餐廳,單看它優雅、流線型的外型,已覺得很特別。走到室內,同樣流線型的天花,把室外的設計連貫起來。透過落地大玻璃,可看見室外雅座,很有氣氛。而我們的卡座,寛闊舒適,綠色的沙發配仿皮的枱墊,顯得有格調。餐牌印刷得簡潔,字體幼細而精美。午餐有二道菜(即前菜及主菜$298加一)或3道菜(再加上甜品,$328加一)。我最後選了二道菜,點了是日餐湯(是牛肉濃湯)和羊髀。等候期間,先吃點麵包,質感鬆軟,微微的熱度,感覺暖胃,再配上香滑的牛油,更感滋味。店員送上熱湯,原來她先放湯碗在我面前,湯碗內有牛肉配料,然後再從金屬壺把湯倒進碗內,這種上菜方法算是我第一次遇見。熱湯呈橙紅色,溫度極高,口感濃稠,牛肉味濃郁而豐腴,盡顯精華所在,牛肉軟腍無渣。最後,我把湯一滴不漏的喝完了。主菜羊髀肉有兩大件,份量極多,外表燒得熟透,內裡呈鮮嫰粉紅的形態,賣相吸引。輕輕一切已可分開,肉質細嫰滑溜,羊肉極有豐膄的味道,配了微鹹的醬汁,把鮮味提升。底下有大量燉過的豆,每一顆都大粒飽滿,增加飽肚感。這頓午餐,十分滿足。環境優雅,而食物精緻,職員服務周到,各方面都很出色。
