Wow. This place first captivated me with its elegant design, so I went in and sat down. The menu was full of super yummy stuff but I ended up getting the risotto and it was so creamy. Wow. This place first captivated me with its elegant design, so I went in and sat down. The menu was full of super yummy stuff but I ended up getting the risotto and it was so creamy.
I also got some lamb w/ mint sauce and a salad. The lamb was good but the salad was not my fav, cuz I never liked salad anyways, however tasty they made it.
For dessert I got the panna cotta and the tiramisu, and they were both yummy but the tiramisu was absolutely mouth-watering. Its cream was perfectly whipped and the lady fingers soaked in coffee were literally dripping with coffee, and in a good way.
I am soo happy I found this restaurant, its probably gonna be one of my top five or at least top ten restaurants.

今次我地嘅晚餐就order咗呢D:
我哋嗌咗兩個晚餐套餐,除主菜外,仲包括咗麵包籃、是日餐湯、茶或咖啡、甜品
首先,嚟咗一碗南瓜湯同埋一碗羅宋湯,我飲嘅南瓜湯,有龍濃厚嘅南瓜味,加埋忌廉同麵包糠,呢個係絕配,好飲!

另外我add on咗1份“焦糖核桃雜菜沙律+$48”,呢盤沙律色彩繽紛,份量好大份,足夠我同老公兩個人食,沙律入面有唔同種類嘅生菜、紫色沙律菜同埋堅果,上面仲淋有一層醬汁,焦糖合桃好食,沙律擺盤精緻,充滿健康感,唔使幾分鐘我地就清咗碟!

主菜我揀咗“蘋果木煙燻帶骨豬鞍配蘋果蓉-紅酒浸蘋果” $268
首先,賣相非常吸引,店員將豬鞍上枱嘅時候,連埋個蓋一齊上,喺我哋面前揭開,濃濃嘅煙燻味出曬嚟,好有儀式咁!豬鞍賣相色澤金黃,表面有明顯嘅燒烤炭燒紋理,顯示出經過精心烹調,豬鞍上面放咗一枝新鮮嘅迷迭香,增加咗香氣同美觀度,配上埋一小碗嘅蘋果蓉用嚟配搭豬鞍肉食用嘅,係perfect match嘅配搭,整體擺盤簡潔而高雅,令人食指大動。呢份蘋果木煙燻帶骨豬鞍切開肉質鮮嫩多汁,煙燻味恰到好處,帶嚟獨特嘅風味。煙燻嘅香氣滲透入埋d配菜度,好特別,我好欣賞!而蘋果蓉嘅甜酸味道同豬鞍肉嘅鹹香形成咗完美嘅對比,令味蕾得到極大嘅滿足,整體嚟講,呢道菜色香味俱全!仲有一個細緻位需要讚揚一下,因為蘋果溶真係太好食,我好快就食曬個兜蘋果溶了,問店員可唔可以畀多少少蘋果溶,佢而話不說就叫廚房重新整過一兜俾我,拎出嚟嗰陣時仲熱辣辣㗎。

而我老公揀咗嘅主菜就係:
炭燒美國PRIME牛肩胛扒 $298
我哋嗌咗七成熟,呢碟牛肩胛嘅色澤非常吸引,燒得啱啱好,表面呈現金黃色的燒烤紋理,內裡保持粉紅色,剛好七成熟度,牛肩胛扒被切成幾塊,每一塊都做到鮮嫩多汁,唔錯!配菜一樣都係有幾粒烤番茄,烤翠玉瓜同西蘭花苗,豐富咗整道菜嘅口感同少少解膩。旁邊仲有一小撮岩鹽&一小撮芥末醬,增添咗不同嘅風味,不過本人就覺得只需加岩鹽&三色胡椒就已經足夠了!呢碟牛扒無論視覺上定係味覺上都是一個享受!

另外,仲叫咗一杯右邊係一杯寶石水果茶 Diamond Fruit Tea 飲品,呢杯寶石水果茶份量非常足夠,杯入面包括咗橙片、檸檬片、薄荷葉、西柚片同其他水果,裝係一個花紋嘅玻璃杯入面,令成個餐桌更添色彩同生氣!

甜品方面,原本套餐配嘅甜品係可以揀奶凍同乳酪,我哋揀咗一份乳酪,乳酪唔甜,健康好食!
另我一份甜品我哋就加錢轉咗做佢地嘅signature法式多士配雲尼拿雪糕-$68
原來老公喺book枱嘅時候已經講明係慶祝週年紀念,所以驚喜地係呢個法式多士甜品碟上面寫咗 Happy Anniversary 🎉 🎉 🎉 開心驚喜!法式多士都係呢次餐點中嘅一大亮點,酥脆嘅麵包配上甜美嘅糖漿,最配上雪糕,口感豐富,每一啖都好滿足,甜而不膩,為呢頓餐點畫上完美嘅句號。

整體嚟講,呢次嘅用餐體驗真係非常豐富,好滿足同好滿意,各式各樣嘅菜色都令我哋大飽口福同眼福。每一道菜品都有其獨特嘅味道同風味,令人回味無窮。加上華麗而舒適環境,值得推薦俾大家,下次有屋企人/朋友生日都會帶佢地嚟食!

今天是萬聖節, 去重新裝修後的寶石餐廳享用晚餐,現在餐廳內的環境變得非常闊落舒適,讓人一進門便感受到輕鬆的氛圍。我們選擇了兩個晚餐套餐,配有餐包和南瓜湯。南瓜湯帶有淡淡忌廉香甜好味。主菜方面,我點了炭燒羊架,羊肉外焦內嫩,煎到剛剛好配上特製的香草醬,味道濃郁,讓我每一口都充滿驚喜。媽媽則鍾意吃大蝦,選擇了虎蝦菠菜扁意粉,蝦肉鮮嫩,與意粉的搭配相得益彰,讓她非常滿意。飲品方面,我選擇了一杯70%香濃朱古力,濃郁的朱古力味讓人心情愉悅。最後,選了奶凍作為甜品,奶味清新滑口,為整個晚餐畫上完美的句號。

之前facebook很多人都講寶石餐廳已經裝修好,朋友話原來係芭堤雅姊妹店,所以今晚嚟試下~😎門面靚左啊😚入到去仲有Halloween feel tim😌😌懶得諗食乜嘢,就叫個二人餐啦~首先黎一籃酸種麵包,食唔到平時食嘅酸,但脆脆的都幾好味三文魚個汁幾好味,配合埋一齊幾特別沙律嘅合桃好好味、好脆、唔會太甜👍👍首先有我最鍾意嘅羊架🐩有三塊啖啖肉😋切開有驚喜、真係好冧😍牙齒唔好嘅都食到😎意大利飯煮到粒粒分明,每一件都有咬口,汁亦都唔會太多或太少最後壓軸嘅係自家制甜品tiramisu,有以前食tiramisu嘅味道,有少少酒香,但又冇搶去味道,好味好味😋

今日原先同屋企人想試1987,點知因為冇book,所以無位,話要等半小時,但我地已經好肚餓啦,所以就冇等到,咁附近有間寶石餐廳我地見未試過,又見舖頭好似好靚咁,所以就入去試,經商量後,我地就試左二人套餐,有兩個前菜,兩個湯(一個南瓜忌廉湯同一個羅宋湯,本人就認為南瓜忌廉湯較為淡味D,羅宋湯OK),一個意大利飯,一個肉眼扒,仲有甜品係奶凍(真系好好食),D食物質素OK,服務員態度都好好,都面帶笑容。最後亦都有個疑似主任或經理嘅人過來問我地意見,,我地都俾左少少建議佢地(小問題就唔講喇),期待我地再去這時候,我地嘅小小嘅意見會,有改善。

看似普普通通,但已在前菜吃出廚師的用心!
黑糖麵包,比普通多士或甜麵包更深得我心!
白湯-大蒜薯蓉湯,近排跟大熱的黑白大廚用大蒜做湯頭,沒得輸!
紅湯-羅宋湯,正常水準。

正餐點了西冷牛扒跟牛舌。
牛排有炭火味,熟成度剛好,不會過熟。驚喜在薯菜位,每種菜都用心炒,不是白烚就算,調味很好,美中不足是薯菜不夠熱。

牛舌看似不太討好,但肉質很嫩,份量很大!
驚喜竟然是炒飯!用蒜蓉加上藜麥玉米炒香,我不愛吃飯的也覺得很好吃!

感受到廚師有用心設計配搭每種食材,讓客人能將食物都滿意地吃下肚子。

在現時的香港飲食界難得一見的有heart餐廳,真的很想分享給更多朋友,香港依然有好東西!
