南小館是上海菜館,午餐有麵點餐及小菜米飯套餐,麵點餐有一個前菜小吃。加一杯不用另外加錢的紅豆薏米水,疫情前人少,午餐及下午茶有單點$28一隻燒乳鴿,挺劃算的。現在減價後,乳鴿也要$48一隻了。 麵點餐的紅燒牛肉麵,雖然沒有新鮮牛肉的香味,但是牛肉分量還不少。蔥油拌麵味道還可以,挺香的,不過就沒有甚麼菜了,除了煎香的蔥,還有一些蝦米。每家餐廳可能都有一兩樣好吃的菜式,在南小館,我最喜歡的是生煎包,包子裡面有湯汁,底部煎得金黃焦脆,包子上面軟軟的,一個包子有多重口感,挺好的,如果叫午餐,跟餐可以用$20 加 2 個生煎包,我每次午飯都會加的,用這個價錢,是值得試試的。

Very bad experience and couldn't believe such kind of services for a reputable eatery 😕 the staff preferred to chat among themselves, in their own group, rather than serving customers. Have to repeatedly get their attention and attitudes were reluctant. Food was overpriced for that kind of quality. Couldn't believe that I am in Hongkong. What a shame 😡 1 star is too much, guess have to put in at least one star to have this submitted. if there is a negative rating, will be what they deserve

一坐低啲茶水都好快到嘅,同眾多中餐廳一樣,餐具就一早擺好。個茶壺就係好似圖入邊咁嘅,金色,外形都特別,令我諗起啲舊式水煲,唔知大家屋企仲有冇用,一水滾就VV聲。都幾大個,但拎落比想像中唔太重,可能係本身個壺嘅物料就比較輕。而茶方面,無論色澤同味道都比較淡,品種我就分唔出,睇色澤唔會係紅茶黑茶,飲落又唔似綠茶,似係白茶。

見個菜單都幾多嘢食,好似菜樓咁,但係推介就無乜,咁我就比個肚去話事啦,所以嗌咗兩個川菜,分別係皮蛋同擔擔麵,首先就講下個雞絲先 雞絲?邊度嚟㗎,係咁嘅,本身我就唔係想嗌雞絲係想嗌個皮蛋,因為諗住一個麵加個小食就算,點知就嚟錯嘢,個價錢份量都幾大分別,唔嚟都嚟咗,唯有硬食。

雞絲涼皮,淡,所有食材都好淡,係個價錢就唔淡,份量方面係可以嘅,大大份,呢個價錢咁大份都應該嘅,而味道呢就啱老人家。醬嘅花生味唔強,唔太滑,比較杰身,勝在唔油,食落無咩負擔嘅感覺,但係唔推薦食得比較咸嘅人食。雞絲唔痴牙,冇雪味,冇雞味就預咗,因為呢道菜食主要係食食材嘅口感同醬嘅調和,呢個價錢呢個份量都唔會預比新鮮雞加雞脾肉,青瓜冇咩特別可以講,冇青味算係一個小特點可以讚嘅,有啲青瓜絲係會食到好大陣青味,而呢個係唔會嘅,只會增加口感唔會喧賓奪主。涼皮方面我就嫌唔夠滑,米味都唔夠,碎濕濕,其實三種食材食落口成道菜式嘅味道係平衡嘅,青瓜嘅刀功切狀同雞絲有配合到,唔會太幼,但係涼皮就有點遜色,令到口感方面差咗。

擔擔麵,淡,有可能係我食得濃,皆因我本人都喜歡食擔擔麵,去到邊間中菜館都會嗌,其他餐廳對比呢間,呢間就真係淡,好平民,好冇負擔又冇刺激嘅感覺,有陣我會懷疑我係咪去咗一間老人院餐廳食嘢,唔通呢間嘢係主野老人口味。咁事後我都認為係情有可原,話哂人地都係叫南小館,做南方菜式,我就叫咗兩款川菜,雖然有一款係不請自來,唔緊要都照品味下。碗擔擔麵一擺上枱聞到香嘅,香氣都十足,而印象就唔深刻,因為聞唔到應有味道,花生味花椒味豆瓣醬等等,如果要形容個香味同味道,我會話係似隔離嗰間嘅川菜嗰啲辣油香味,唔講以為碗嘢係隔離店整。然後肉燥肉碎好似冇額外做過工序,食落都係普通,份量比較少嘅,而好重要嘅麵,質感偏腍,冇彈性,雖然係咁但係都有索味,掛汁嘅效果,如果有番啲彈力同口感就好好,有埋麵粉蛋香味就更好。

擔擔麵+雞絲涼皮+服務費+茶介,$120多啲。

總括而言要留意每樣菜式係似眾多中餐館一樣都唔平嘅,唔算抵食,好在份量足夠,味道就適合老人家小朋友食,菜式擺盤同特色方面,我就覺得呢個價錢都唔可以要求到咁多,有咁上下份量同味道唔係難食就過骨。服務還可以,成個場咁大好似都係得一兩個樓面,可能人流唔算多,而廚房門長期開住,唔知點解,經常都會聽到啲廚房裏面嘅聲。食完坐咗喺度開住電腦做咗陣嘢唔會太刻意趕客嘅,整體環境算係舒適光猛好坐,如果餐廳多番啲特色菜式,推介菜式就會比較好,有埋套餐我諗一家大細嚟食都會方便啲吸引啲。

事後我上google起咗一下個底,咁間公司都有喺香港上市, 旗下都係投資中餐西餐餐廳,原來都有成30年做餐飲嘅歷史。佢地就話呢間餐廳嘅佈置係用上海為基調,配上白色明朗的主調,簡約現代中式設計,我都認同嘅,而菜式係新上海菜的品牌形象,我就冇叫到啲上海菜所以就唔作評論啦。

同朋友們放工,約咗係青衣城食晚餐。朋友話想食下上海野,上網睇下個食評。好似有啲伏。但係又見都唔少人食。都膽粗粗去試下。咁入到去都點咗幾樣嘢。我個人覺得最好食係個年糕好煙韌,食耐咗都仲軟熟。小籠包都多汁。個手撕包菜,我就覺得酸咗啲啲。個四小拼嘅糖醋骨同烤麩入味好食😋老重慶擔擔麵微辣唔食得辣嘅人都應該接受到。蘿蔔酥都够酥脆但係蘿蔔餡少咗啲,冇咩蘿蔔味。至於服務方面,啲店員嘅態度都唔錯。我哋提出要熱水,牙籤都好快幫到手。試完之後,覺得呢一間食物同埋服務都係正常範圍之內。
